Perfect place to stay

We really lived staying at the property, we needed a place that was close to where we lived whilst we were having building work done on our property and this suited us perfectly. we have two daughters who were very comfortable on the sofa bed and we were able to cook simple meals and do everything we would normally do when we are at home. The property was clean, perfectly functional and private. As a bonus, we were also allowed to use the garden which was great for the kids. Thanks Nirmal for being so accommodating, best of luck for the future.

The property was ideally situated for visiting London

We found the property to be shabby and under equipped. There was a lack of cooking utensils for instance there was no tin opener, fish slice or a rack in the grill tray. Although the heating was excellent the lack of rugs in the sitting area and the bedroom made the rooms feel less cosy. The bed was comfortable and the shower excellent. The wi-fi was fast and reliable. Overall we enjoyed our stay but won't be going back.

Hi I do not agree that the property can be called shabby your own comments contradict this , I am sorry about the tin opener and will provide one ,there are three sharp knives which can be used to slice fish . I have never been asked for a fish slice and never use one, I have bought a rug for the sitting area ,but some people prefer the wooden floor. thanks Nirmal

NICE COSY FLAT

This property is located in a very nice residential area. The owner was very kind and friendly and provided all the amenities and everything one needs for a vacation rental. The wi-fi was not always great and the service was a little bit below standard. Also I would recommend that the owner installs a bigger and more powerful exhaust fan in the bathroom which was very damp resulting in foul smell. I had to buy lots of air fresheners !! Overall, very happy with my stay for 1 month.

Our Stay in Purley

Very private. Had own parking space. Nice neighborhood. Host was very responsive. Negatives: Cobwebs were noticed. Unsecure internet. Futon was very uncomfortable (needs better mattress). Ad says four can stay comfortably but only two adults can really stay here. Also, there is no dryer. There is, however, an outside clothesline.

Most terrible experience - Paid for 3 days. The owner who leaves at same address monitoring what goes on said the house rule was broken because children were in the house. He stopped water flow to the apartment and asked that the apartment be vacated and no fund refunded. Most horrible and unfriendly man I have ever encountered.Would not recommend.

The apartment is advertised for 2 adults only. Mr Wale"s family had two adults and three children all grown up two teenagers and a 10 year old. They spent the first night The next morning Mr Wale"s sister asked me to have a look at the shower I then found out that the apartment was occupied by five people. I called vrbo customer service They advised me to ask them to leave. They did not respect the house rules. Mr Wale said he was supposed to pick up the children, which he did not do.

Basic, but functional accomodation

Property was clean, well equiped, and host was helpful and friendly. Although very well equiped, and aspects such as kitchen and shower were very good, some other elements were basic and felt unfinished, and it would benefit from some better quality furniture. Our main recommendation would be to get a more comfy settee; it was very uncomfy to sit on (we didnt try it s a bed). Also wifi was very poor (low strength and patchy).

horrible

Small and dirty house. Shower cousted, floor broken. I turned on the hair dryer almost exploded in my hand. The owner not courteous who always spied. After my nightmarish stay he accused me of breaking an already broken chair by taking the money from the credit card with which I had booked without my consent. I do not recommend to anyone.

Good value for money and very friendly host.

We really enjoyed our stay in Purley. The accommodation is not huge but we had all we needed for our family of four (2 adults & 2 daughters aged 5 and 7). Nirmal was very friendly and helpful. From the accommodation, a nice half an hour walk will get you to the train station from which you can get to London Victoria in about 25 minutes.

Comfortable apartment to visit London

I stayed with my family of 4 people (2 adults, 1 teenager and 1 child) in the apartment of Mr. Nirman (owner of the house) for a period of one week during the month of August 2018. The apartment is comfortable, very clean and it has everything you need even for stays longer than a week. There is also a parking space for your car and a garden which can be accessed directly from the bedroom. The house is located on a hill, in a beautiful quiet residential area full of greenery and is surrounded by pretty houses, about 13 miles from the center of London which can be reached by an excellent train service in about 20 minutes from Purley station. Thanks to Mr. Nirman who was always available and friendly without ever being invasive of our privacy. My opinion on this house is certainly positive and it deserves the best of my evaluation.
