Located in a quiet closed gated community on the south coast of the island. 10 mins walk to the beach and across the road from a great surfing spot. Great neighbourhood for families with kids or for surfers wanting to be walking distance to the surf.
The Master bedroom and 2nd bedroom are upstairs both with walk in closets and en suite bathrooms. The 3rd bedroom is downstairs with a bathroom just next to it. The kitchen, living and dining are open plan with the patio just off of the living area. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned as well as the Living Area. .
