The dock and lift are available for your use and just a few minute boat ride gets you to Tin City and Bayfront's restaurants. Inside, the house has been renovated with modern finishes and hip, stylish accents. Three bedrooms plus a den with a sleeper sofa sleep up to eight people. The master bedroom has a king size bed and en suite bath with a glass enclosed shower. Both guest bedrooms have queen size beds and the guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The main living area is perfect for cocktail hour while the den/sun room overlooking the pool has a comfy sectional couch for relaxing and watching TV. A fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for preparing meals and a laundry room with full size washer and dryer is located off the carport.
