You'll love our luxurious Penthouse. It is directly in the MGM Casino Hotel Signature Tower right on the Las Vegas Strip. This provides you with enormous advantages versus other vacation rental locations. You will be staying in a condo directly connected to the huge MGM Hotel complex which includes a massive pool, hot tub, gym, dozens of wonderful restaurants / buffets, incredible shows, and the MGM casino itself. We charge no resort fees. Free parking for one car is included. Our condo has stunning views, a private balcony, a kitchenette, a king size bed, a queen size sleeper sofa, and a luxurious bathroom. The condo sleeps up to 4. Free WiFi is available in every room. FREE VALET PARKING for one car in front of the Tower. The kitchenette has a cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. The luxurious bathroom has a Jacuzzi bathtub, California shower, and double sinks. The Penthouse has a flat screen TV and DVD. Our guests have free access to the huge MGM pool complex, which features multiple pools, a waterfall, a lazy river, and a big hot tub. Our guests also have free access to the MGM Signature gym with state of the art equipment. Check-in and check-out are done at the front-desk just as in any hotel and are available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Valet parking is free.

Our Penthouse condo is in the MGM Signature Tower directly in the MGM Hotel complex right on the Las Vegas Strip. Our condo has all the advantages of staying in an MGM hotel room and more, for substantially less money! The condo is on a penthouse floor, has a stunning view of the Las Vegas Strip, and a private balconies to enjoy it from. Staying on the strip makes a Las Vegas vacation much more memorable. All the world famous attractions and casinos are within walking distance! The Statue of Liberty, the Eiffel Tower, and a live Volcano can all be seen running down the legendary Vegas Strip! After a long night playing, laughing, eating, drinking, and dancing, you walk home up the Las Vegas Strip lit up as bright as daylight!

We are professional vacation rental owners of Luxury Penthouse condos at the Signature MGM. Our business model is to offer this exclusive, luxurious rental accommodation to the travel savvy community at affordable prices with honest dedicated service. If you are interested in renting luxury at a discount from an owner/renter please book with us. Please note that at least one Signature Pool will be open and heated all year round. The MGM Grand pool including the lazy river maybe closed due to covid-19 restriction or winter months (November-April).

We have additional Penthouse properties of different sizes and configurations listed on Homeaway. We can accommodate parties ranging in size from 1 individual to a group of 30. All of our condos are Penthouses located directly in the MGM Casino and Hotel complex.

This was the perfect spot to experience all of Vegas. The room was better than expected. It was very clean, and had everything we needed for our four night stay. The view was amazing, especially at night with all the lights on. The bed was SO comfortable! I actually asked the host what kind of mattress it was because I want to get one for my bed. You're within walking distance to shops, restaurants, obviously casinos. Would definitely stay here again

I actually extended my stay last minute and Cindy was so helpful and though i had to get another one of her rooms, it was a great one. My first one was a strip view and the 2nd was a view of the sphere. I would 100% recommend. I will certainly be looking to book with this host for my future travels to the area. Dated property. Coffee maker was old. Pretty sure it didnt work. Coffee didnt taste like coffee. It tasted like tea. Valet parking pretty sure they dented my car. No free parking as advertised in the listing only valet. The walk to the main mgm casino was strenuous. Old looking suite. Old tv in the bathroom for some reason. Just tacky and dated. The pool near my tower was out of order so i had to walk further to get to a pool or jacuzzi. Wouldnt recommend.

Great Weekend Get Away!

Property is very nice and clean. Each tower has it's own private pool. There is a cafe located inside tower 2. One thing I wish I discovered sooner is that there is a tunnel with people movers that connects to MGM Casino. Takes a 20 minute walk and turns it into a 5 minute walk. Overall its a great place to stay!

Our room was located in Tower two. Our room was in a great location and was a very easy walk to MGM casino, which has plenty of restaurants and things to do in it. The monorail being right at MGM was a huge plus! Our host was very quick to respond to any questions and explained everything. The only drawback is because we went in January. The pool in our tower was closed. We had to go to tower one to use their pool and it was only open until four. But in all honesty, it was a very short walk to tower one. All three towers and the MGM casino are all connected. So you simply walk through the connective hallways or the moving walkway to get to MGM. Tower one contains the lounge and Starbucks. Tower two has the café, delight, which makes pretty good breakfast. We didn’t have time for lunch or dinner there, but the food was good. The room was exactly how it was pictured online.No surprises there and it was clean. The only drawback that I can say about the room is I needed USB ports to charge certain devices and there were none in the room. So make sure you bring the wall plug to charge your devices. Also, there was a closet to hang things in, but no dressers for clothes. The nightstand tables on either side of the bed had deep drawers that you could put stuff in. But definitely wasn’t big enough for the clothes my husband and I had for four nights.So overall, we had a great stay, location was great, and we would stay there again.

Room was excellent from checkin to checkout. King bed was comfortable, views of the strip and area from balcony were nice. Access to the pool and MGM facilities was simple and quick through air conditioned walk way. We attended the Sammy Hagar concert at the MGM Garden which was just a short quick walk. Everything about our stay went very well and would recommend staying at this VRBO versus the MGM Grand Hotel anyday.

The room that we had, had great views and was clean and spacious. The location is great. It is not far from the strip and near a lot of attractions. The one negative I would say is that the shopping in the hotel is outrageously expensive. We ended up doing an instacart and that worked out well. All in all, I would definitely recommend this property.

My husband and I are the owners of this Signature MGM Penthouse Condo. We purchased our condo because we love Las Vegas and enjoyed staying at the MGM Signature. We thought we would use it for our own vacations and we still do! We began renting it out and found our guests loved it too. We added additional condos over time to better serve our renters. Renting these properties has become my full time job and I love it! I enjoy talking to my guests and hearing how much fun they have in Vegas!

My approach to this business is simple. I like to treat my guests they way I enjoy being treated when I travel to Vegas. You can call me to discuss your vacation plans anytime. I am happy to give you all the tips I have picked up in my travels. I believe in providing high end vacation accommodation to our guests at a discounted rate. Just the way I like them myself.

When you book with us, you receive a better room with a strip view and private balcony, same check-in procedures at the front desk and all of the same 5 star hotel amenities you would receive if you were to book with the MGM directly - but at a much lower price.

Our Penthouse is a rare vacation rental property in Vegas. It is spacious, luxurious, and right on the Las Vegas Strip within the MGM Hotel complex. There are many vacation rental properties in Vegas, but few of them are directly on the Vegas Strip directly within a huge luxury hotel like the MGM. There are many luxury hotel rooms in Vegas, but none of them are: as spacious as our condo; have their own kitchen; or promise a balcony and a view. Staying anywhere else usually involves some major compromises. We offer a rare combination of comfortable living right on the Vegas Strip at a discounted price!

Our Penthouse offers a panoramic view of the strip. The view is even more spectacular on the suite's private balcony overlooking the strip. The Penthouse suite has been outfitted with a Jacuzzi bathtub, deluxe king size beds with exquisite Egyptian cotton sheets, a flat screen TV, free WiFi Internet access, DVD/CD player, Ipod port, granite/marble surfaces, stainless steel kitchen appliances, luxury linens, towels, bathroom amenities, and 11 ft ceilings. The Signature at MGM Grand is a Las Vegas luxury condo hotel with all the amenities of a luxury hotel and all the space of a private condo. From the private gated entrance, free valet parking, and 24-hour Concierge services to the gourmet in-suite dining and private balcony, you will totally enjoy your vacation in our luxurious Penthouse Suite with its spectacular strip view. As our guest at the MGM you will have free access to all the facilities and amenities of the enormous MGM Casino Complex and the luxury facilities of the Signature condo hotel.
