The newly remodeled, top floor, COZY PC CONDO gives you easy access to the best of Park City, while making it hard to leave this heavenly little habitat!



The Cozy PC Condo is centrally located in the charming Carriage House building in Prospector Square, an area that boasts dining, coffee shops, shopping, local services like ski rentals and conveniently located to the Sundance Film Festival, FREE transportation plus a whole lot more!



The studio comfortably sleeps 4 people and is delectably decorated with custom art and paintwork through-out, while dripping with comfort and luxury. Take it easy in front of the fireplace, watch a movie on the giant 65” Smart TV or play some boardgames with your favorite people! And if you and the crew want to whip up a meal, the fully equipped kitchen has got you covered!



There is also a dining table perfect for a quick breakfast before hitting the slopes or catch some fresh morning air while sipping on your coffee on the balcony while gazing out at the Park City slopes calling your name!



The Carriage House complex also has an indoor HOT TUB, outdoor heated pool (Summer only), locker room for your gear with vending machines for a quick snack, a common lounge area with fireplace and boardgames plus laundry facilities.



But with a location like the Cozy PC Condo, there are a million reasons to venture out! Leave your car in the 1st-come-1st-served lot with your parking pass and jump on the FREE shuttle that picks you up right in front of the Carriage House!! great skiing

This place was great. Location is ideal for skiing at Park city. Lots of good eating in the area. The apartment itself neefs more practical kitchen utensils and cook ware. More hooks for towels, and bulky ski items.

Great place and cozy in Park City

This place was just what we were looking for. Very cozy and has everything you need. Bus route is right outside or drive to the mountain was only 5 min away. Also plenty of food spots walking distance. Paul and Helen were amazing for our duration of our stay there and very communicative. It was great place to stay and would stay here again.

Amazing stay

Was easy getting into the property, location was amazing with multiple nice restaurants within walking distance. Condo was beautifully decorated, and had a very nice large tv. Parking was a little iffy but wasn’t to big of a deal. Fully loaded kitchen was very nice. I’ll definitely stay here again if I find myself in park city again.

Cozy PC Condo (Carriage House)

Comfortable, good location, with a good view of the slopes, relaxing, and less than 5 minutes driving to downtown Park City. Several small places to eat close by and easy walking distance. You have to try Freshies directly across the street! Highly recommend!

Very comfortable but could use some updating

The property is showing a bit of its age but was very clean and comfortable. They provided plenty of bath towels and pool towels. Its perfectly sized for 2 people and has a decent view of the mountains. The building is very quiet as well.

We came to stay with our family & we were so lucky to find this gem! The location is amazing, the place is decorated so cute & cozy. We had some issues getting locked out & our host was there in a second to resolve everything for us. He was so accommodating & we couldn’t be happier with our stay. We plan to be back & this will be my first go to! Such a great place for the price!

This property was so cozy and perfect. It had absolutely everything you might need and was pretty close to everything as well. I really appreciated all the thoughtful touches! The bed was incredibly comfortable as well. Absolutely 10/10. I wish I could have stayed all winter!

Great cozy condo!

This stay was perfect for us and all of our needs! The condo was very clean, the bed was also very comfortable! Kitchen has really everything you may need, the location is great and the service was GREAT! I contacted the property regarding new parking restrictions in the area and they texted/called me immediately, responded immediately and helped resolved the issue as best they could (which is an entire City issue nothing to do with the VRBO). The space in the condo was perfect size for the two of us and felt pretty roomy compared to a an average hotel room. (And a better price than the hotels). Overall I highly recommend this spot !!

Only three bites but great location and easy to get to Deer Valley for skiing. Apartment was very cute but had to unplug heater at night or it wakes you up every 15 minutes or so. Still very comfortable! Building is tired and could use upgrades for sure.

Beautiful Remodel w/ a few kinks

Wonderful stay at this sweet unit. Totally new furnishings and very clean. Perfect size for a couple on a long weekend. Very close to shuttle services, restaurants, etc. parking was easy! Fireplace was cozy and access to skiing was great. Decor was very inviting. A few minor complaints as the property managers continue the remodel. Bed is soft - very comfy but our preference is for firm and this is SOFT. So just be aware! No spices or even wine glasses. Enough stuff in the kitchen to be functional. Bathroom fixtures are dated, and the building itself is older. We were greeted with a little basket of goodies, the coffee was well stocked and the property managers were super prompt on any issues! Overall, recommend!
