The house is available for 6 persons,perfect for the larger family or group setting.

Away from the bustle and just 10 minutes drive from the small town Cavtat.
Historical Old town Dubrovnik is 25 minutes of driving from the house.
From Cavtat to Dubrovnik old harbour , enjoy sailing by boat.

No other guests in the house ,The entire house just for you and your family to enjoy in your holiday.

Here you'll feel just like home,and really be able to relax and forget all about the stresses of your everyday life.
When you need silence and tranquility in rural ambient.

Pool 3,5 m x 3,5 m 150 cm deep,filled with spring water,
to enjoy in warm summer days.
The pool, we clean and refill with fresh spring water once a week .

Flower garden,free parking on the property.

Groccery shop/ supermarket,well equiped, where you can buy all food and daily fresh meat ,is 5 min. of driving on your way to the house.

my assistance or help in any way !

My family lives in the Old town of Dubrovnik ,not at the property rented,
so we are not present at property during your stay.
On the departure day we come to check the house and to take the keys.

Other things to note:
The outdoor pool is seasonal , not heated.
Wi-fi password provided on arrival.

The neighborhood is incredibly quiet,away from the noises of the road.
The house is situated in the countryside,on a peaceful location
with no other houses within 1 km around.

Car recommended
House is suitable for guests that come by car,
the nearest car rental is at the airport.

Wonderful location

An amazing property in the mountains, close to beautiful beaches and surrounded with wildlife Doris was an exceptional host with lots of tips and advice regarding the local area. Would love to visit again.

Amazing holliday

Wonderfull location. Close to everything this area has to offer with the sound of nature on the background. We enjoyed the silence, the nature and the perfect accomodation.

A fabulous stay

Everything was great! It was nice to stay outside of Cavtat! Villa has a country feel with a beaitiful garden overlooking a valley with nobody around, very private. Beds very comfortable. Doris the owner was fantastic and super helpful with recommendations. Wildlife in the garden. Easy to get in and out of Cavtat. Highly recommend!

Stunning secluded paradise

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful property in the country. Doris is the perfect host who goes out of her way to make your stay the best possible. Although she doesn't live on the property she is Constantly available with any issues ( there won't be any) and helpful advice. Nearby there is a supermarket and cavtat is a stunning town 10 mins away as is the airport cannot reccomend this property highly. Enough we will definitely be back

Maison fleurie près de Cavtat

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour chez Doris. La maison comporte 3 chambres dont une au rez-de-chaussée fermée par un rideau que nous n'avons pas utilisée. Nous étions 4 avec nos deux filles de 20 ans. La salle de douche du bas est petite mais dépanne en cas d’encombrement. La terrasse et le jardin sont splendides. La piscine petite mais alimentée à l'eau de source. La maison n'est pas facile à trouver de la route principale avant le panneau de fin de Drevnik, une petite route part en contre-bas, il faut la voir. Elle se trouve à un quart d'heure de l’aéroport. Quelques avions peuvent la survoler. Ce n'est pas difficile au niveau de la conduite. La maison est à un quart d'heure de Cavtat d'où on peut prendre des bateaux pour Dubrovnik ou pour des excursions. La maison est très isolée il faut une voiture. Seule une famille de chat nous a tenu compagnie. Doris est toujours prête à aider via whatsapp. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Highly recommend

We absolutely loved our holiday and this property was just as described and more. It was so peaceful and relaxing and the pool was very welcoming during the hot days. Doris gave us lots of information on local activites and events, but left us to enjoy the property and surroundings; we felt like we had a good mix of relaxation and sightseeing. Would highly recommend for those looking for a relaxing, secluded holiday but also wanted to be only 20min drive away from restaurants and nightlife.
