We had a wonderful time here. The panoramic view was great! The only "complaint" is lack of storage in the hall bathroom for hygiene items around the sink (more of a nuisance).

Everything was wonderful! The views from this unit are spectacular. I love that it has two rooms with a balcony. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. I definitely want to stay again! The only problem we had was that the rental advertisement and correspondence all said it came with beach chair rental and it didn’t because of the season, however, the rental company made that right for me! I am very pleased with this company and this condo!

We had a great stay overall and this condo really shines in a few key areas. The beach view truly cannot be beat—absolutely stunning, especially at sunset. The huge wraparound corner balcony was one of our favorite features and gave us plenty of space to relax and take it all in. Inside, there was more than enough room for everyone (4 adults but would comfortably be good for 6, and maybe 2 kids), and we never felt cramped. The unit was clean, though there is some noticeable wear and tear in places.The location is fantastic—right on a beautiful stretch of beach—and having beach chairs included was a great bonus. They also had some beach toys, etc. The pool seemed to be heated and has a lovely view of the ocean, which we really enjoyed. The hot tub was also much appreciated on the chillier days.A couple things to be aware of: the pillows in all rooms are quite thin and firm, so you may want to bring your own if you’re particular about that. They do provide starter supplies (like small shampoo/soap, a thin roll of toilet paper), but as noted in the listing, you’ll need to plan for anything beyond that. Also, beach access requires going down several stairs—this wasn’t an issue for us, but could be challenging for anyone with mobility concern.Parking is TIGHT! If you have a truck beware -it's a squeeze.Overall, this is a great spot if you’re looking for incredible views, a spacious setup, and easy beach access—with just a few minor comfort considerations to keep in mind.

Family vacation

This is a beautiful Condo and very spacious. We had a family of 6 and felt like we had plenty of room and loved the balcony views! Nice location and not right in the middle of all of the traffic but very close to everything.

Good location. Place needs updating. Mold present in shower, behind the curtains and a few other places. Not enough silverware. Appliances need updating. Also more towels needed. Need more pans for cooking.

Great Family Vacation

Perfect Vacation Stay

Palazzo is by far our favorite condominium to stay at for a PCB vacation. Less than a mile and a half to Pier Park yet not located in the busy section of the beach. The condo has everything you need for your stay. The bedrooms are perfectly set up for comfort and the balcony is amazing for those sunset nights. We will stay here again for sure. Highly recommend.

This unit was great. The bedrooms are situated for complete privacy. It is a perfect layout. Kitchen stocked with everything you need plus extra. It is a short walk to the beach, fast elevators and the beach chairs were an added bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

We love our stay at this unit in the Palazzo. It’s becoming our favorite in the area. The property management was so accommodating with us wanting to extend our stay. This is a beautiful unit with gorgeous views. We’ll definitely be back!!

July 4th week

We loved the property; a fantastic space on 7th floor corner unit with great ocean/beach views which was a bonus for watching miles and miles of beach fireworks on the 4th! The beach at this location is quiet and not overcrowded, and was great having an included set of beach chairs/umbrella daily. The kitchen could use a bit more drinkware, but otherwise was well stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a wonderful property! It was just like the pictures advertised- spacious and lovely. The beach area was not crowded at all. We really enjoyed the two beach chairs that were included with the condo. Check-in was easy. Communication was very clear. Loved it! Definitely recommend!
