Green Acres is the place to be

Cute country home in the perfect location between two rural towns. Easy check in and great hospitality. Loved the shared spaces and grateful for the grill and full kitchen.

The property was very nice and clean. The only issues we have is the house has sulfur water and the smell is very strong. It could also use more seating in living room but we had 6 adults. It was a nice clean house but I don’t think I would re visit unless there is filters of some sort put on the water system

I'm sorry about the water smell, and we have resolved that issue. We recently installed a new water heater and the anode rod in the heater is what developed the smell. We have since replaced the rod with a different style and it has completely resolved the issue. If we had been made aware of the issue during your stay, I would have taken care of it right away. The water smells great now! As far as the seating, there is a full sized couch and a recliner in the living room, and room to pull the bar stools up as well if more people want to join. The seating is very clear in the pictures posted on the site. Thanks for staying! Mitch & Lucy
