The complex, Seawind on the Bay is set in a beautiful lush garden setting which leads onto a tranquil ocean front. Just steps away from your door is a wading pool for kids and a large swimming pool for adults, a club house, BBQ grill and a covered bar for your entertainment. Guests of this property are neighbours to the Montego Bay Yacht Club, the Hard Rock Cafe and Secrets Beach Club. They are provided with a pass which grants exclusive access to this private beach and offers a ten percent discount on food and beverages purchased at the cafe. The apartment was recently renovated and has a king sized bed along with twin bed to sleep a third person.Your apartment comes fully air-conditioned and kitchen is equipped with all major appliances. It even boasts an enclosed patio/sun room which over looks the pool and garden. Some of the amenities afforded to you are:- Wi-Fi access, cable television and laundry facilities on the property inclusive of washing machine and dryer. You will need to purchase tokens for this. Outside the complex is a jogging trail, for your early morning or sunset run, there you will meet locals and vacationers alike. Jamaican Paradise Getaway

I was here for 5 days with my husband and oldest daughter. We also met up with some of our friends here that stayed close by. Patricia was a great communicator and the property was amazing and accomdating. We would definitely stay again! Our driver Lee was awesome too. Patricia reffered us to Lee. Lovely stay

The property was just as shown. The complex was quiet and relaxing. Patricia checked in and responded quickly when we had questions. She also arranged a driver (Lee) from the airport which we used several times. Would stay here again

Perfect pied a terre

Well appointed unit in a comfortable and quiet development on the sea. Short drive to the heart of Montego Bay. Everything was as it should be and the welcome drinks and snacks were most appreciated. Would stay again.

An beautiful place

My mother and I stayed for a last minute trip and the place was exactly what we needed. It was bright, airy and close to the beach.The place was also very secure with a security post and person posted there. I loved the front nook as it has plenty of natural light, some really good art books and comfortable day bed. If you want to party this is not your place - its one of serenity and restoration. Exactly what my mother and I needed. When I return back, this place will be top of my list to stay. I hope its available every time I want to stay in it!

Short but sweet stay

We were in Jamaica for personal reasons and stayed a total of 3 nights with only one full day at the property. It was quiet and calm. We watched the cruise ship and boats, and cooked breakfast in the nice kitchen. Great place, I would recommend.

No problem landlord were very helpful and nice, I will come again and the taxi driver Leroy very friendly he told me a lot about Jamaica and show me some nice places to visit when my wife and I come again . This place is absolutely awesome. It satisfied all our needs and more. My finace enjoyed the pool immensely and in his opinion sitting at the edge of the ocean overlooking the yacht club was soul soothing. Especially at night. Top notch in regard to cleanliness, location and accessibility to everything that you may need and so very peaceful.

Everything was perfect. The place looked like the pictures posted. The host responded almost immediately with an answers to the questions I had. The area was one of the safest in Montego Bay. Just what the doctor ordered

This property looks exactly as advertised, it is fully stocked with everything needed for your stay with complimentary coffee, water, and snacks. The check in process was simple and communication with host is fast and efficient. The place is beyond clean....it's immaculate. The king size bed is ultra comfortable and the grounds are kept nicely. Location is central to everything. Patricia is a wonderful host with great energy and a kind spirit. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to unwind and enjoy Jamaica.

Birthday vacation!

My husband and I spent our birthdays at the property and we absolutely loved the unit and the property. The home was clean and inviting. The bed and linens were practically new! Ms Patricia had beverages and light snacks that came in super handy. I will consider this property in the future. Thank you for every single thing. She was also very responsive and checked in with me almost daily. Thank you for that too.

Idle Time it Is

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment had everything we needed and Patricia was very welcoming and had good resources and ideas to help us enjoy our visit to Jamaica. We particularly liked the large pool which was empty most days when we used it. The apartment was safe and quiet and we liked that we could walk to the Hard Rock Café and the Yacht Club for meals. We booked excursions through the Sunscape Resort across the road and this worked out really well. You need a car to get groceries or shop or could take a taxi which were plentiful around the area. I would definitely recommend this accommodation for a relaxing visit to Jamaica.

Home Away From Home

I can not say enough good things about my stay! Everything from the booking flowed naturally. The home is absolutely stunning. The pictures are good but once you see it with your own eyes, WOW! Well kept property. Everything you need plus more is provided for your use. Mrs Patricia is an AMAZING and GRACIOUS woman. Honest and very up front.! RESPECT! She goes above and beyond for her guests. I literally felt as if I was one of her children. You have everything you need right there. The pool, right outside the door. The beach is across the road and is BEAUTIFUL. It was heaven on earth for us. I would definitely recommend family and friends. This experience was nothing short of peace, LOVE and a little party! Super chill time in Freeport!

The home looks just like the pictures. Patricia is welcoming and friendly. She answered any questions that I had (before and during my stay) promptly and thoroughly. The apartment is on the bay - watching the cruise ships come in is fun - and you can walk across the street to the public beach. The apartment complex pool is clean and pretty. Plenty of places to lay around and grab sun and read. I hired a driver (Gregory from Native Tours) who took me to Negril (about an hour away) and showed me all the amenities nearby. Fontana Drug, Progressive grocery store, Cafe Blue...you've got to try a Juici Pattie. I'll be back for sure. Thanks, Patricia, for sharing Jamaica with me!

The property was ok, the host was unfreindly, standoffish, our flight came in early,we had nowhere else to go but to the property, we called host to ket her know we are waiting at property,and she could careless to be honest..we wsitied 3 hours!! Untill she decided to come let us in..as PAYING guests we expected better.. she gave an I DON'T CARE ATTITUDE BOTTOM LINE. WE WILL NOT BE REFERRING ANYONE TO HER PERIOD..

This place exceeded my expectations. I was just looking for a cozy stay close to the resort my friend was having her wedding so I picked this little condo. It had EVERYTHING we needed and honestly felt like home. Ms. Patricia was very pleasant and communicative. The place was super cleaned and had a refreshing scent upon walking in. I slept like a baby in the queen/king sized bed. My Buddy slept on the little day bed in the living area and barely wanted to get up. The pool was nice and chill. It’s very quiet and peaceful here and I can’t wait to visit again. It’s in a gated community so it felt very safe. We had no problem getting a taxi to get around, just walked up to the front gate and asked the guard. We dined right across the walking path at the Marina club and the food was amazing. Very grateful to have found this gem!

Beaiutiful, relaxing home away from home in a dream location!

Our stay was so incredibly restful and amazing as "Idle Time on the Bay" was everything it promised to be! Patricia was the perfect host - charming, warm and extremely helpful in every way. She stayed in touch to ensure all was well without being intrusive. The apartment was spotless and beautifully appointed as Patricia has a deorative flair and eye for detail ensuring that all the amenities we needed were at hand. The complex is well maintained with gorgeous grounds - fruit trees, orchids, immaculately manicured lawns. We enjoyed our morning cup in the sun room overlooking the pool, the mango trees and hummingbirds. It was so cool to have the marina on one end where we enjoyed a stroll and the private beach only a minute away on the other side across from the property. The complex and the area are quiet and secure and in close proximity to the best restaurants and shopping. We'll definitely be back! Thanks for taking care of us, Patricia! Looking forward to staying with you again very soon!

Close to perfection!

I was thoroughly impressed. Apartment was exactly as listed. I was particularly impressed with the owners attention to details. All the basic necessities were included including sanitizers, mosquitoe spray, emergency numbers and listing clearly visible, paper towels, toilet paper, even makeup wipes for the ladies. A trove of clean linens available to your disposal. The bedroom was exquisitely decorated with spacious storage and closets. The king size bed is was comfortable for your needs. A beautiful patio option allowed additional space for entertaining or just relaxing. The view overlooks the pool and there are books available for those who may want to indulge in a little reading. A house information booklet, provided details regarding surrounding area restaurants, taxi sevices, hospital care and most importantly WiFI password. If you are looking for an extended stay or a quick weekend getaway, this is the perfect setting. Located in a gated community you have the options for using the pool, taking walks along the marina which was calming and just breathtakingly beautiful or taking a short walk across the street to use the beach area. I truly enjoyed my stay and would recommend this apartment to anyone looking to be close in town but in a safe secured setting. While it is a 1 bedroom there is an additional bed that would be sufficient for a third party or child. My only issue and very minor obsevation was the lack of a wall plug in the bathroom. Otherwise 9.8/10!

This is a mixed community as there are long term residents as well as vacationers. A relaxing environment to chill and unwind. This unit is located within a quiet and tranquil setting. Definitely the place to chill, unwind and relax, also the opportunity to meet new friends.

Quiet and relaxing, friendly residents, children are welcome. There is a play area for kids as well as a small pool. This property is located in the Freeport area of Montego Bay. we are close by to the Secrets and Sunscape Resorts. The Montego Bay Yacht and Hard Rock Café is within walking distance, approximately 5 minutes from you door. You have access to the beach at the Hard Rock /Secrets. Standard checkout time is 11:00 a.m. however should you need additional please speak with host upon check-in.
