Welcome to island life in this 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo overlooking the Gulf and a pond where the ocean enters Estero Bay. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony while watching the sunrise, or unwind on the private beach at sunset. The condo is fully furnished and thoughtfully stocked with starter supplies such as paper products, basic toiletries, and cleaning essentials to make settling in easy and comfortable. Comfortably accommodates 4 guests, featuring a king-size bed and a full sofa bed. LKBC offers a private beach, grills, a heated pool, and on-site laundry. Laundry and vending machines are available in the lobby, accepting credit and debit cards.
