Aire acondicionado central, zonas wifi parqueadero privado zonas comunes 2 piscinas panorámicas. El edificio esta ubicado al frente del mar tiene salida directa a la playa. La zonas de las piscinas son con vista al mar desde allá puedes apreciar el espectacular paisaje apreciando a los visitantes y demás edificaciones.
