Disney World Vacation

The house was absolutely fantastic. It was so open and spacious. We had 12 people in the home and not once did we feel cramped. I would absolutely stay here again and again.

Great Outdoor Spaces and Home

Traveled with our family of teens, tweens and elementary age kiddos and this was a great house that kept everyone entertained with plenty of space. The pool, sun deck and outdoor living space with TV were a hit for our group. The spa does drain into the pool level in the afternoon which means there is a faulty or missing check valve. We just filled it with the hose and moved on using it. It heats up very quickly. I would recommend you have the property manager leave a extra batteries and a screw driver for the spa remote as they have to be replaced every other day. Other than that, it was awesome! Would go back.

Ok not great

We rented this property in the beginning of September for a family vacation. Pros: -tons of space -quiet cul-de-sac -property management was easy to get a hold of and very nice -patio with outdoor TV and grill was awesome -very large pool for this neighborhood -close to Disney -All the switches were labeled which is extremely helpful in these large rental homes Cons: -not very clean, I know it’s Florida but clean all of the dead bugs don’t just leave them for people or children to find -A/C is nearly worthless, called several times and they would send someone but all they did was turn the temp down on the thermostat, never fixed anything and it was hot and humid inside the house the entire trip. Temp couldn’t get below 75-80 upstairs on top of high humidity inside the house. Guests upstairs had a hard time sleeping -the stove top is cracked and all they did was cover it in blue tape, they said we could still use it somehow but this was disappointing -Spa only had water in it in the morning, by the time the afternoon/evening rolled around it drained itself, called and emailed several times about this and when they finally sent someone to fix it in the middle of the day they couldn’t do anything because we were not there so it was never fixed -several tiles are broken around the pool and the drainage system around the pool is bent and covered in blue tape instead of being fixed -Pool table is unusable all of the balls are cracked and chipped -Theatre room was the hottest room in the house, 90% of the chairs didn’t work to recline, TV was too complicated to find anything but netflix on -Master bathtub had no warm water -Ants we’re all along the wall behind the cooktop, called and they put liquid ant traps all over the kitchen -Carpeting needs to be replaced it is very worn out and appears to have never been cleaned Overall I would not return to this property again but the property management company was very pleasant to work with, I just wish we did not need to interact with them so often.

Family Vacation

12 family members ~ we enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is spacious and very comfortable. The kids really enjoyed the pool and movie room. The outside kitchen was a big hit~dinner prepared on the grill nightly while watching movies on the fireplace outside TV. Thanks for your attentiveness to deal.

Stay was great. Patio, front walkway, and hot tub tiles need to be fixed.

One of our kids did cut his foot out on pool patio by hot tub. Metal strip was not tacked down. Need to fix before someone gets hurt out by pool. A lot of pavers not cemented especially on top of hot tub. Kitchen had duck tape holding up the molding in the kitchen & downstairs smaller bedroom had issues with drain in shower.

Great vacation

Nice house, a few hiccups at first with smoke detectors going off- resolved within minutes. Quick response whenever needed. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again
