Amazing view in this Golden Hill historic home/apartment. You have to walk by some vans and a lot of stuff in the driveway to get to the back entry but a great value stay. The view is awesome. Host very responsive. Parking was easy the week I stayed.

Good Location

This is a good spot to stay. Parking is hard to find when people come home from work, but it’s a quick trip to get downtown. There are a lot of big stairs, but lots of beds and space for multiple people to stay. There is a second rental next door and Ruth lives downstairs, so you won’t have the whole location to yourself. The deck is shared by both rooms upstairs, but the view of the city is great. There is a washer and dryer outside you can use. Overall, it’s a good place to sleep while visiting.

Hi, Yes there are two short term rental fully furnished apartments in the building on the upper floors. The stairs are necessary to reach the upper floors, there is also a Huge Deck with City wide Views and the location is minutes drive away from downtown, Convention Center, ZOO, and Beaches.
