Truly paradise. The listing pictures accurately reflect the beautiful property. We had 14 people staying and every person fit comfortably in beds. The location is quiet and safe with the beautiful Bioluminescent Bay in the backyard. Our grandchildren had so much fun using the kayaks, paddleboard, and pool. The Rum Point beach club, restaurants, and shops, are only 2 blocks away in walking distance. The Star Fish Point, snorkeling with fish and turtles, and swimming with stingrays is only a few minutes away. We will definitely return to this peaceful property.

The location was great. Walking out to the ocean was the best! The use of the canoes was definitely a plus. Plenty of space for 9 of us. Large kitchen and living/fining area. Well appointed with towels, beach towels and kitchen items. The pool is not large but great for when you don’t want to be in the ocean. The ac is a little tricky and the oven did not work. There are two places within walking distance and a large convenience store for groceries, basics and alcohol about 20 minutes from the location. Heads up, larger grocery stores are closed on Sunday if arriving that day but you can arrange for delivery either the day after or before.

Great Stay!

House was even better than listed and as shown in Pictures. The rum point side of the island is so much quieter and low key. The beach at the house was great as well, kids played in the sand and water for hours!

Amazing trip!

We have rented a villa every February for 10 years. This was our favorite one yet. We were a family of 12 adults including my 95 year old mother. Some people were very active-scuba, snorkeling, jogging, kayaking, paddle boarding- and some just lazed around the pool or beach. There was room for everyone to find a quiet spot. We had a fabulous time. The house was exactly as advertised. I asked about a cooler to take to the beach and the host dropped off her personal one the next morning.

Treasure Cove Getaway

Pictures do not do this property or the amazing views justice. We loved the house, the serenity of the bay, and the Cayman Kai neighborhood. There was room for all and our hosts had the comfort of our stay in mind with all the great amenities and extras. If you want a truly relaxing vacation with access to all of the outdoor adventures on the Island - this is the place to stay. We can't wait to return!

Everything we needed and more

The property was amazing. We had more than enough space for us all. Bio Bay is secluded for the most part and allowed us quiet mornings and evenings. Being able to walk out the back door in the evening and enjoy Bio Bay was amazing

We found Paradise at Treasure Cove!

The house is outfitted with everything you need, it felt like your own home. The location was amazing, we had such a relaxing time away from the hustle and bustle of Seven Mile Beach and the Georgetown area, yet we did enjoy dinners out over there a couple of times. There were restaurants close to us too that we also enjoyed. When we needed to contact the property manager Judy, she was prompt and helpful and very accommodating. We would highly recommend this property....and we'll definitely be back!

A lovely holiday

We all had a lovely stay at this property. It was a lovely quiet and secluded property. The Villa was described accurately. It was clean and tidy. There were some minor maintenance issues but these were all attended to when requested. Some spare sheets would have been helpful, and when we requested another sheet (because the washing machine had broken) it was never dropped off, despite the property manager saying she would. The machine did get fixed, however, so I am not sure what happened here. They allowed us to check in slightly early which was much appreciated. Overall a lovely holiday.

For a staycation, this is a great fit. For an adventure around the island, its location in Rum Point made driving an absolute necessity. This house has many amenities, but at a 2k/night price tag, I’d expect just a little bit refinement. Reviewer Comments: We have previously stayed at Treasure Cove when one of my daughters Danielle was married at the Kaibo.We visited before our proposed stay.Nothing much had changed other than there was a building site next door and across the road. This was distressing and whilst times to operate are supposed to be restricted they are not always enforced.Upon request the rental ratyecwasc reduced to compensate.The first night the a/c did not opewratyev in two bedrooms.This was attended to the second day very quickly.Judy was very attentive to our needs and has to be commended as the sort of onsite manager any owner would like to have.The property is an ideal size for our extended family and enabled the family joined by a few friends to really make my wife's birtday memorable.We would stay there again if a sutable opportunity arises.

Perfect Vacation Home!

Our family of 14 had the best week ever at this property! From the setting to the amenities - it was even better than I had hoped it would be! The house is accurately described. It is a quite large solidly built home. Older, but very high-quality decor with tons of seating - we really appreciated the huge dining table with 12 chairs. The beds were quite comfortable - plenty of linens and towels supplied. The amenities were amazing - from every appliance & tool needed in the kitchen, large capacity washer & dryer to tons of beach towels, pool toys, life jackets plus 5 kayaks & 2 boards. You truly don't need to bring anything except a bathing suit! The pool, though not large was the perfect size for our use and with the beach and bay as your back yard - it is all you need. The setting of the house is breathtaking - set with the best view of the bay leading out to the ocean. Going out in the kayaks at night to view the bio luminous bay is magical. There are jelly fish in the bay, but it is still perfect for kayaking and wading and to sit at its edge in the lounge chairs in the sand and just relax! Swimming and snorkeling is wonderful at either Rum Point or Starfish Point. There are two great restaurants within walking distance with good food and beautiful settings.I would highly recommend Cayman Villas - they were wonderful to work with and I would say if you are lucky enough to rent Treasure Cove, you will not be disappointed. We can't wait to return!

Family vacation New Year celebration.

The property is very nice. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 6 kids. The location is excellent close to restaurants and a small grocery store (Chisholm store). We ordered food from a large grocery store to be delivered when we arrived. During our stay we used chef Thomas for a full sit down dinner and two drop off days for meals. He was absolutely great. Would highly recommend him. A car is a must to get around in. Just to get to the property is a good ride. Taxis are too expensive and so is a private ride. Plus once you get to the property you will need to have transportation. Rented two vans from Marshals. They were the most reasonable. The pool is a bit small but the kids enjoyed it regardless. The beach is great for kids. Calm and quiet. Shallow but ok for some snorkeling, kayaking and swimming. One of the two Kyaks listed was not operable. It leaked. We did have a problem with no hot water. The manager had it addressed promptly however being over a weekend we were without hot water for a few days. This property is lovely and in a nice location. I would recommend it to a family that needs space and wishes to be away from the crowds and experience island life. Rick L - Wisconsin

Cayman vacation

The home is lovely. We had a few issues. We were told the front door would be open and the key left on the table. The doors were all locked and we had to turn on cellular data to call the property manager several times before she picked up and informed us that the key was under the front door mat. Additionally, the home is advertised as 2 king beds and 2 queen beds. In fact there is a double bed instead of a queen. This was not ideal for a couple used to sleeping in a larger bed. The dishwasher leaked and although I called management the issue was not addressed and so we repaired it . The TV in the master bedroom did not work and was apparently off line. The house is large and comfortable with plenty of towels and linens. It was cleaned well before our arrival and a pool worker came by mid week to clean it. The location is perfect. A 10 minute walk to the rum point beach or the Kai beach. If the rental was not insanely expensive the relatively minor problems would be ignored. But honestly, as this cost I expect perfect. Csyman is magical. I highly recommend a visit and with a few upgrades I would stay at this home again.

The Property Manager asked her helper to leave the key at the villa for you and there was a miscommunication, so I apologise on her behalf for the mix up with the keys on arrival. The beds are all Kings and queens, except for the bunk bed of course. There has never been a double bed in this villa, and the dishwasher has been inspected and no issue was found, so not sure why that was leaking. We truly enjoyed our stay at Treasure Cove. The management was very responsive to any request and we loved how well stocked the house was with supplies for our basic needs. The best part - the house has a premier location on the Bioluminescent Bay and you can see the most incredible sunsets from the porch and living room. At night, you can kayak out to stir up the luminescent sea life! The location of the house was also fabulous as is equidistant to Kaibo Beach Club and Rum Point Club. The large kitchen was great for cooking for our 10 family members and we even had a chef come in one night to cook for us as we enjoyed the grand dining table. All the rooms were well appointed with tables, lamps, comfortable furniture and beautiful art. Did I mention the pool? It was petite but perfect for taking a dip and cooling off. The property sits on a nice beach with a covered hammock and private dock. We were able to be picked up by our private charter at the dock! We would definitely return to this property.

Fantastic House and Property

I would give it 4.5 stars if possible. The only reason it doesn’t get a 5 star is the pool is very, very small and the beach is it not very swimmable. It is fine to go up to your knees but past that there are a lot of jelly fish, etc. The house was immaculate and perfect for us.

The owners put in a smaller pool so as to not obstruct the views of the sea and sunsets! The jelly fish are seasonal, but I believe they do not sting, as I have never encountered that. A Perfect House and Perfect Location

The house was spectacular--what a great location, right on Bioluminescent Bay. We loved being in Rum Point, away from the cruise ship crowds. Judy, the manager, was attentive to the problem we were having with the dishwasher and a brand new dishwasher was installed the very next day. One recommendation is to stock the house with more bar soap and toilet paper. Also, it would be a good idea to mention in your description that the kayaks provided with the rental are two-person kayaks. Knowing that would have saved us money because we rented two additional kayaks. Overall we had a wonderful time!!!

Beautiful home in great location

The house was well equiped and nicely furnished. Our on small complaint was that the supply of toilet tissue was meager. We had only one extra roll. Ohter than that all was good.
