Stunning Golf Course Views!

This villa features stunning views of the George Fazio Golf Course.

The Kitchen comes fully-equipped to meet your family's cooking needs. The Dining area has seating for six. The Living Room is spacious and features comfortable furniture with plenty of seating, large flat screen TV and a slider to your private deck. Several updates have been done to include new curtains, rugs, end tables and lamps.

The Primary Bedroom, located on the second floor, features a new California King bed and a flat screen TV. The en-suite Primary Bathroom has a tub and shower combination. The Guest Bedroom is located on the first floor along with the other living and dining areas and consists of one Queen and one Twin bed and a flat screen TV. The en-suite Guest Bathroom also features a tub and shower combination.

Out on your private balcony you'll be treated to sweeping views of the 8th fairway of the George Fazio golf course along with several Live Oak and Palm trees. The beach is easily accessed by a few minute drive or by calling the Dunes Buggy Shuttle, a free shuttle service (seasonal).

Turnberry stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a good stay. The inside of the unit was clean and well equipped. It was a little outdated but that is less important to me as being clean and functional. The deck was really dirty and it made us not want to go out there. We ran out of hot water several days with 4 people taking showers. It is pretty far to the beach but it wasn’t bad with bikes and having teenagers who are more independent. I would not want to walk to the beach. The pool was really nice.

Comfortable accommodations in a great setting!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Palmetto Dunes is always a great place to stay, offering all of the amenities and activities you could want! 237 Turnberry provided us a comfortable place to stay, with only a short bike ride to the beach, general store, restaurants and more. The unit offered all of the basic amenities, but does show some wear and tear. The kitchen had nice appliances and most of the essentials. The washer and dryer are dated and did leave a few stains on some of our clothes. Bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable. The Turnberry Village neighborhood is a beautiful, quiet area that is tucked away, yet close to everything.
