Amazing golf views from almost every room!

This comfortable end unit Hilton Head Island villa has lots of light with great views of the tee and greens at the Robert Trent Jones golf course.

It also has the benefit of being close to the beach so you can easily walk or bike for a day in the sand. Both bedrooms open to the deck or a balcony with a golf course view.

Outdoor seating for six on the private patio. Extra futon upstairs on the landing sleeps one or two.

Great rental
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location, very clean. One issue with microwave and maintenance responded immediately on a Sunday and took care of the issue.

30 Water Oak - What a disappointment as offered villa in Palmetto
Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Vacationing at Palmetto Resort is wonderful, luxurious experience. This is now the third consecutive year of vacationing in the resort. Our villa, 30 Water Oak, was not what we expected based on pictures. Unit had musty smell throughout our entire visit, furniture was old, blinds broken, refrigerator rusted scratches, same with W/D, cable didn't work. This unit needs a complete renovation; will not recommend this villa to friends or family. Stopped in to front office with list of issues and there was quick response but problems were not resolved. Two DampRids were provided but neither resolved mustiness odor. We made the best of it, but never again renting this unit.
