It has two cozy suites, perfect for ensuring privacy and rest, as well as a toilet for greater practicality. The TV room provides a welcoming space to relax and enjoy leisure time, while the integrated dining space is perfect for gathering family or friends around a good meal. For those who like to enjoy the outdoors, the house has a gourmet space with barbecue and a large backyard, surrounded by the tropical climate of Itacaré. The garage accommodates up to two cars, ensuring convenience and safety.
