Very satisfied with house

Property was as described and very clean. There was an issue with one of the BRs not made available. Fortunately we were able to get around this though it required having to double up in the other rooms. Owner did adjust the price so it worked out. House could use a few more pots and frying pan if a family wanted to cook its meals. Overall very satisfied and would rent again.

Quiet place to stay

The house is huge. The location makes it easy to get to multiple areas around Winter Haven. The hosts were gracious in accommodating our needs. Everything was clean and in good working order. Having a real kitchen for easy meal prep and a washer and dryer reduced our travel stress. I am so happy we chose to stay here for a couple of weeks rather than stay in an extended stay or suite hotel.
