We had an amazing stay! The cabin was beautiful! Everything is within 18 mins from the cabin which made it that much better! The other door space was amazing and peaceful! The host had great communication the 2 times I did reach out to him! Cabin was clean and had everything u needed pot, pans, utensils cups everything! We will definitely book again!

Fantastic getaway

Our family had a fantastic time at this cabin. We felt very comfortable there. It was clean with a nice view and the pool was a big hit with the kids!

Excellent Get Away

The cabin is very conveniently located and was a blast to stay at. The pool, hot tub, and sauna were all a lot of fun! The amenities provided non stop fun for the whole family. Overall the cabin was great! I would recommend some updating as the flooring in the pool area is poorly installed and uneven and other areas that are getting old/worn. The door entry keypad malfunctioned and prevented us from getting in right away 1 day; however, the on-call person for issues quickly addressed this. You will love this place!

Great getaway

This is a wonderful home, and the owner truly cares about making your stay a pleasant one. The home has a lot to offer. There is an indoor pool that our grandchildren practically stayed in the entire time, a hot tub that we truly enjoyed, a game room with a great pool table, and a sauna. I can’t imagine you would be disappointed. In fact, you may not want to leave.

Great family Spring Break!

My husband, 3 kids and I stayed here for 3 nights over Spring Break and we had a wonderful time. The house was as described and had lots to do for everyone in the family. The pool area was a bit worn and the bathroom door by the pool would not shut due to the humidity but my whole family enjoyed it. The hot tub was also a bit hit. The master bed was comfy but creaked loudly otherwise we enjoyed the house. It was the perfect size and loved the location at the end of the street so no traffic. Thanks for a great stay!

Exactly what is advertised

This cabin is awesome. Everything that was advertised was there. Kids loved the indoor pool, adults liked the pool table. Pigeon Forge was just about 20 minutes from the cabin so didn’t have to go far for entertainment and food. Property managers very friendly and always answers our questions promptly. Will rent this cabin again and also with this company❤️

We absolutely LOVED our stay in this cabin! There were so many fun and relaxing things to do! And the cabin was modern and beautiful. The A/C worked well, little details were well-thought-out (like laundry and dish detergent available, extra blankets around, Roku TVs in the living room and bedrooms, and towels available by the pool. The appliances were newer and nicer than the ones I have at home. The location was perfect, as well. If I had to nitpick, the couch cushions are too low to comfortably get on and off the couch and should be replaced. The bottom of the fire pit on the porch was rusted out inside and the igniter did not work, nor did the gas stay on. And the jets in the jet bathtub have not been cleaned recently, as mildew sprayed out when turned on. Several light bulbs around the house, as well as all the lights inside the pool and hot tub were burned out and needed replaced. And the rug under the pool table had a wrinkle/bump in it that is a dangerous tripping hazard (the table must have been moved at some point and is too heavy to adjust). The door can also be a bit tricky to unlock (tip to future guests: pull it toward you while unlocking). But again, none of these small things were deal breakers, just room for improvement. I would stay at this cabin again in a heartbeat!

Nice, quiet cabin

Booked for a short stay of two nights. About 15 minutes from Dollywood, yet very quiet location. Cabin was really clean and everything seemed to be in good working order. I was contacted promptly by the property manager/owner to ensure I had everything I needed. I would have liked an earlier check in before 4. Seems odd to be charged a full day for a cabin with such a late check in, but the policy was made clear before booking. The downstairs pool was nice, as was the sauna. The downstairs bathroom did not have soap, but that was the only issue we had. Would consider booking again at this cabin.

Overall, very positive experience at Tennessee Splash cabin in Sevierville. A few observations from our stay:Cleanliness of the exterior decks could have been a little better, as there were many spiderwebs on the railings, as well as on the seating areas.When we arrived, I discovered at least four lights were burned out: lamp in main bedroom, wall sconce above the Splash sign in the stairwell leading to the pool area, rear deck on main level (one light was out), and one light was burned out in the ceiling of the pool area. Temperature of the pool was chilly.Broken grout in the main level bathroom was a potential hazard (loose tile).Mattress cover in main level bedroom was stained, very old stains by the appearance (needs replaced). For safety, I would recommend that the step from the driveway to the front entrance deck be enhanced or raised closer to the level of the deck.

Wouldn’t stay twice

The cabin smelled like cigarette smoke & mildew. Not enough towels, linens, multiple light bulbs blown, pull out couch sheet was dirty, light & fan issues, downstairs bedroom was hot and only way the fan would stay on was to sleep with the light on as the property manager said the only fix would to be to replace the entire fan unit. Response of property manager lacked as we asked many times for assistance and or some type of compensation. The pool was dirty. Wouldn’t stay here again even if it was free. We were looking forward to this trip, but the cabin/listing is misleading.

We had a great time staying at this house. It was clean and the view was great. It is almost at the end of a quiet street so it was very quiet also. The pool table and arcade games were also fun! We enjoyed the hot tub as well. We would stay here again.

The home had plenty of room to spread out and location was excellent. The amenities in the home however were not as good as a lot of things are outdated, old and need to be replaced. Couldn't sit outside as the deck with the patio furniture was old and doesn't look anything like the picture. The beds were hard and not very comfortable, there was only 1 towel per adult and home didn't have enough toiletries as we had to purchase our own during our stay. For the price we will not consider staying here during our next stay.

The cabin was perfect for us. We loved the pool and the cabin had everything we needed. Location was conveniently located, but still had the “away from it all” feel. We will definitely visit again.

Relaxing Cabin in the woods

This property was just as described in the listing, very clean and comfortable. We saw 3 bears during out stay ( a mama bear and two babies) and she just stared at us but was not aggressive. Patio light bulbs outside of pool room needs to be replaced but we were having so much fun we did not bother the agency to complain :)

Location was good. Communication with property was great, was even able to get in a few hours early which was great! Outdoor patio set was not very clean, worn out and didn’t have any propane for grill or fire pit. Adults enjoyed the hot tub and kids enjoyed the pool. Safety hazard with the pool deck needs updating. Overall decent stay made some good memories with the family!

Overall, a good rental

Overall, it was a good experience at the place. Location was good, property was clean, and views were good as well. Pool, hot tub and sauna were an added bonus. We would certainly stay there again if we were to come back to the area. If traveling with pets (dogs) there really isn't a solid area for them to do their business. The reason for the 4 star vs the 5, there were a couple details that took the point off. Some burnt out light bulbs no vacuum (there was a broom), we are clean freaks. Again, overall, a nice place to stay!
