Evergreen Edge - 1 mile from town!

Room to play in the yard, plenty of free parking and space. Fire pit area, coming soon. Relax at this peaceful place to stay. Just on the edge of Casey, this simple, crisp and clean shed house is one minute from town. It is located on a one acre lot surrounded by evergreens. The 1 acre lot is grassy and roomy enough for a touch football game, walk, or a picnic. Not only are we located on the edge of the woods but the edge of Casey. Our property is one mile from town and walkable or rent our bicycles for a small fee. Only a half-a-mile away is The Casey Country Club, which boasts The World's Largest Golf Tee. Also under a mile away, is Richards Farm Restaurant. Not only is it famous for its 1-lb porkchop and salad bar, but it's home to The World's Largest Pitchfork!

Along with a variety of teas, each morning you wake up you can enjoy complementary specialty coffee from The Traveling Mug. It's located here in Casey. Choose from House Blend, Dark Roast or the delicious (and crowd favorite) Blueberry Muffin. And, as a thank you, enjoy a $3 voucher towards any of "The Mug's" delicious drink or snack items! Place a pick-up order or browse their menu.....just as easy as that!

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Check out time is at 10:00 a.m. sharp. Our cleaners may arrive at 10:00. Please wash any used dishes, pots and pans and take out the trash. Remove anything in the refrigerator.

Do not worry about stripping the beds or starting laundry, you are our guests we will take care of that.

If any furniture has been moved during your stay please return it to its original location. This just makes extra work for us.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No smoking of any kind is allowed in the house. No drugs of any kind allowed on the property.

We will come in and clean the house once a week, no exceptions.

The house was perfect for our weekend getaway to Casey IL for the candy canes on main Christmas celebration. The house was spotless and has an open floor plan making it seem bigger on the inside than it looks on the outside. It was the perfect place for my family of 4 for a weekend trip.

Evergreen Edge was just as listed! Very charming and nicely decorated! As well as extremely clean. Jen was great with responding to emails, checking to make sure we arrived and able to get in the house and recommended Richard’s Farmhouse Restaurant and it was so good!! Loved all the big things in a small town! Would definitely come back!!

This property was extremely comfortable, relaxing, quiet and clean. It is conveniently located, enabling visitors to easily explore all that Casey has to offer, including The Big Things in a Small Town as well as other historical sites nearby. I would stay again.

Great Getaway!!!

Our stay was at one of the best . So easy to enter with no stairs. It was equipped with everything you need and more. Decorated so cute. Located close to all the people, eateries and unique tourist places we wanted to see. Lots to see and do in the area. Our hostess was great, answering any questions we had and checking on us after a storm had rolled through. We would definitely stay there again and hopefully soon. L & D from Wisconsin
