Welcome to College Town Cottage! The coziest spot in CU to spend your time away and explore CU or hit the game at the U of I. Enjoy three bedrooms, a cozy living room, a complete game room and wet bar, and a large backyard to yourselves in a quaint and quiet neighborhood just a mile walk to downtown Champaign and a quick drive or bus ride to UIUC campus. College Town Cottage is also walkable to fantastic parks and bakeries. Great for families, groups, or couples!

This property has a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. There is no electronic video surveillance monitoring on the interior of the house.

The College Town Cottage was perfect for our family of 4 while visiting for Illinois Homecoming. The house was clean and well stocked. Plenty of space to spread out. Our two kids especially enjoyed having the foosball table in the basement.

We stayed for UIUC family weekend. The house is adorable, clean and very comfortable. Check in was super easy and the hosts were very accessible. The neighborhood is great. We walked in the morning to Hopscotch Bakery for coffee and pastries. We also walked to the stadium for the football game. It was a wonderful stay!

Charming, Clean, Comfortable Cottage

The College Town Cottage is lovely. My friends and I had a great time and were charmed by by the eclectic decor and cozy furnishings. We felt comfortable and safe and CU offers plenty of options for food, entertainment and adventures. All of the chargers for technology were greatly appreciated. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The hosts were very responsive on the rare when we needed something or asked for a recommendation. We would definitely stay again.
