We're ready for your vacation, work trip, or home away from home.

Our home has architectural soul. Spacious and open first floor with living area, chef’s kitchen, dedicated workspace, a half bathroom and laundry. Our kitchen is a stunner, seamlessly open and personal, timeless and modern.

The stairs take you up to the second floor with three cozy bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a loft. The master bedroom features a queen bed and an en suite master bathroom. The second and third bedroom are smaller but spill out to the loft for time with books, games, or toys.

Every square inch has been meticulously designed by Friedrichsen Homes for our family and now for you. We prioritize your health and wellbeing and the planet’s—a 3-stage drinking water filter, less plastic, tamper-resistant electrical outlets, and natural materials and finishes without VOCs or toxins.

Our home has the character and quirks you might expect from a 180-year-old farmhouse—real finishes, historic details, original, patchy wood floors, steep and narrow stairs, and heavy doors. Make sure you try out the mechanical doorbell!

Brands and production companies love our home for photoshoots and video productions. The first floor open floor plan is perfect for flexible angles, endless depth, and fluffy bokeh. Please note that commercial rates apply.

Nathan was probably the best host that I've ever encountered. Great communication, easy to find location and the property was even better than the photos. This home has everything that you need and the kitchen is a dream! Everything is super clean and the furniture and beds are super comfortable. We would definitely recommend and would love to stay again!

Nate was the MOST amazing host for my 27th birthday! It was a short but sweet trip. His communication was amazing for even the dumbest of questions we had. I’ve never stayed in a nicer VRBO than this one. You could tell how much love and care was put into it. It’s so close to so many amazing bars/restaurants as well! Thank you Nate for the amazing stay!

Perfect stay for a week in Cleveland

I loved staying in this beautifully appointed home in Ohio City while in town for work for the week. Perfect for those who appreciate the thoughtfully designed touches in a home, it really felt like living in a magazine in the best way. The location was great with several restaurants and coffee shops in easy walking distance. I had no problem finding parking right out front every day. The hosts were friendly and attentive. I prefer staying in homes over hotels when traveling for work and this beautiful house really felt like a home away from home for the week.Highly recommend!
