• NO SMOKING or VAPING inside the home or on the screened porch
• Accessibility Notice: This townhome has two sets of stairs
• If renting a golf cart, the Lost Key HOA sets a golf cart maximum capacity of 2 persons (even in 4-seater golf carts) and shall be required to have seating areas for both driver and passenger. Guests are prohibited from driving golf carts across Perdido Key Dr. to the Lost Key Beach Club. Breaking this rule can result in tickets and fines for renters and owners.
• All guests must follow the HOA rules set in place by Lost Key. If any guest violates those rules, Lost Key will require us to enforce an immediate checkout that is nonrefundable.
• Due to HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by the booking parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation at the time of check-in, if the person renting the unit is not present at the time of check-in. Refunds will not be available if this occurs.
• Owners are not responsible for the Lost Key community amenities (i.e. pool, Beach Club, etc). All amenities are operated through the HOA and are not guaranteed.
• An adult dog will be considered if renting for over 12 days. Must be under 45#, house-trained, and preferably a low shedding breed. A $250 deposit is required and is non-refundable.
• There are two external cameras that are monitored. One is located at the front door area and the other is at the back-door are leading out of garage.
Parking notes:
Per the HOA, there is NO PARKING ON the STREET. There is free parking on the property for up to 3 vehicles. This includes parking in the garage and the driveway. Larger vehicles may take up extra space and limit parking to 2 vehicles.
Deposit and Penalty Notes:
- $50 charge per lost amenities key card
-$500 charge if anyone smokes/vapes in the house or porch
-$500 charge if more than 8 people sleep in the unit at any time
-$250 pet deposit is non-refundable upon approval of dog
