Reviewing Our One-Week Stay

Communication was excellent, and the room was perfect. My wife, my sister-in-law, and I all felt very safe thanks to the added security measures, such as having a guard at the entrance and staff present before accessing the elevator. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, making our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for everything—I will definitely stay here again when I return to Mexico City.

Great Apartment, but...

The apartment was finer than I thought. My difficulty was with the rental agent. First, let me say that I do not drive. But this was a first trip to Mexico City. I finally sat down at Tok's for a meal and received a call from the agent. I told him if he wanted a renter, he would come to Tok's. 10 minutes later, he arrived and we went upstairs to Floor 21, where the apartment was located.
