The stay was extremely frustrating due to a complete lack of communication and essential check-in information. The host did not respond at all, even after multiple attempts to get in touch.No check-in instructions were provided, which made arrival very difficult. The address given only led to a community of townhomes, but there was no specific house or villa number included. Without that critical detail, it was impossible to locate the actual unit.Overall, the experience was disappointing and inconvenient. Clear communication and proper check-in details are basic expectations, and unfortunately, both were missing here.
