Beautiful Space

This loft is beautifully redesigned and decorated for a stylish yet cozy feel. It’s well-stocked with everything you could need and then some. Two things to be mindful of: The stairs leading up to the loft are steep and the steps themselves are unusually short (depth). Holding onto the railing on either side is a must when going down. The shower stall is quite small, maneuvering is somewhat challenging but doable for most. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Plus you can’t beat the location. The Gypsy Queen coffee shop is a must!

I grew up in Marshall and my family has lived here for more than 200 years. We can answer just about any question you have about places to go and things to do in Marshall!

Why they chose this property

The building was built in 1871. My grandparents were heavily involved in town throughout their lives, and my grandmother served in several leadership roles related to the revitalization of downtown Marshall. They saved the building from demolition in the mid 1990s. I bought the property from their estate in 2024, breathing new life into this beautiful historic building.
