Walking distance to Publix & Aldi Supermarkets. Beautiful area. Backyard & garden with seating area in porch! 2 miles away from FAU! 2.5 miles to Mizner Park! Near many places to eat by walking distance. Less than 1 mile from interstate I-95! No smoking & No pets! Central AC unit is always set to 76! Additional in room AC unit can be adjusted for your comfort during your stay! PRIVATE front door entrance! Beautiful location! Private Entrance, private living room, private bedroom/bathroom. Along with private porch! Parking lot is the only thing that is shared. No Laundry is on the premises & their is no kitchen. Laundromat is walking distance. There is a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, hot water pitcher, disposable utensils, plates, and dining table.
