Centrally located, the condo is three miles from downtown, two miles from the University of Texas, and 7.5 miles from the airport. Within walking distance of the condo are a downtown bus stop, major grocery store, numerous restaurants, retail stores, coffee shops, an award-winning science museum for children and one of best food-truck courts and farmers markets in the city. The condo is 2,000 square feet with the entrance and garage on the first floor and the living area on the second. Permitted street parking will be provided.

I am a retired college professor who has lived and worked in Texas, California, Minnesota, New York, Denmark and South Africa, where for 8 years I directed an international graduate program for USC's Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism.
