My only complaint was the cleanliness, for what you pay for housecleaning they need to do a little better job. It’s a beautiful piece of property, the host was wonderful, the condo just needs some tlc. Example; sweeper was broken and hadn’t been cleaned forever, previous tenants had left clothing under the bed, outdoor cushions were dirty, chairs were broken at the bar area, sound bar wouldn’t work on tv, tv remotes had issues, the hallway bathroom shower faucet leaked along with the master bathroom sink faucet leaked.I think the owner just needs to go in and access the areas that need to be addressed and take care.The amenities and staff were wonderful and really enjoyed working with them through some of the issues. I would definitely give them an excellent rating!!I would definitely stay again but would want the issues presented taken care of.

We love booking high floors to get the best views. I almost couldn’t believe it when I found this condo on the 21st floor! Better than I imagined in every way. The view, cleanliness, supplies, kitchen items, mattress comfort - all a 10/10! When we booked, they had the old pool photos so when we arrived and saw the brand new pool deck, I genuinely thought I was in the wrong place and stumbled into a Ritz! LOL You will feel like you are at a 5 star resort while on pool deck. Absolutely stunning amenities. Now we can’t imagine staying anywhere else while visiting.
