Topnotch Family friendly 3/3 townhouse, pet friendly, ask about winter season

We fell in love with Topnotch in Stowe on our 1st visit, and now own and rent there. One unit is 3 bedroom-3 bath and one is a 2-2 1/2, listing # 837599 on VRBO and the most recently acquired is a 4/4 and sleeps 10+.All are listed on VRBO.
Compare and contrast the pluses of each unit.

Our properties blend country luxury with modern touches. We pride ourselves on our extremely competitive prices and we invite you to enjoy our homes as much as we do.

What is so unique about our properties is that we have extreme privacy and exquisite views,while we are two minutes away (on the same property) as Topnotch Resort and Spa. We are on 120 acres of land which features a four star resort.On the premises is the Topnotch Tennis Center which is rated #1 in the Northeast by Tennis magazine.
The spa was ranked among the top 10 in the country.

The spa has a choice of 120 treatments.There is a heated outdoor year round pool and hot tub and an indoor pool in a vaulted timber ceiling atrium that has a cascading waterfall hot tub that is quite an attraction.

A few miles down the road is Mount Mansfield which is considered the best slope in the Northeast.
The flavor of Stowe is attractive summer,spring ,winter or fall.There is a vibrant and inviting community and activities 12 months a year.It's easy to keep kids active and engaged in a multitude of outdoor and indoor activities,including game rooms etc.
Our 3 bedroom three bathroom condo has comfortable beds and topnotch quality linens and towels.It is fully equipped with TVs in every room and WiFi throughout.

Each bedroom had it's own full bathroom and the master bedroom has a huge jacuzzi bathtub and well as a fireplace.

Our homes have open floor plans (kitchen,dining,living room) and comfortable furniture with a warm and comfortable environment.We also have wood floors in the common areas,and BBQ on the large sundecks.
The accommodations are world class.There are award winning restaurants on the premises and minutes away. Family friendly activities and unique stores and shopping make this part of the world so addictive.

P.S. room service from Topnotch fine restaurants available whenever you want it.
Please note that some pics have red couches and others have brown ones..it's the same space but we regularly upgrade and improve.
Please note that our standard rate varies depending on the season and time of the year and during holiday periods!
Please note that there is an additional one time cleaning fee of $175.

Loved the townhome. Kitchen is well equipped and we cooked a lot of our meals or did takeout from Topnotch. Clean and in good shape. This was our second rental from Debra, and would definitely stay again. Great location. Access to pool and hot tub at Topnotch is a big plus.

We stayed for a family wedding at the resort and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great communication with Debra and easy check in/out. The unit was perfect for our group - clean, well stocked kitchen, amazing view from the back porch, and it was nice that every bedroom had its own bathroom. It’s less than a 5 min walk to the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

Townhouse exceeded expectations!

Our stay at Debra’s 3 bed/3bath townhouse exceeded expectations! We came to town for skiing and couldn’t have been happier with the proximity to the mountain. The house itself was fully decorated and felt like a real person’s home (not just a soulless resort). The kitchen was fully stocked so we could cook, and the space worked well for a group of adults and small children.

Winter Break in Stowe

We had a great family vacation in Stowe with the perfect homebase at this Topnotch Condo. The unit is nestled in the sidehill above the Topnotch spa with tremendous views of the Mountain. The unit is spacious and has all you need whether you are making your own meals or just relaxing by fireplace after your winter adventures. It’s a great location between town and the mountain making most points of interest within a ten minute drive. Debra was an excellent host. We would stay again!

Perfect Eclipse Viewing

I think I can summarize by saying I really didn't want to leave. The house was perfect in every way. It is warm and inviting. I loved the wood burning fireplace. The views of the ski slope from the living room were lovely. The house is extremely comfortable and has everything you would want for a relaxing vacation. The internet connection was great and Debra was very very good to deal with. I only have positive things to stay about my stay at Topnotch and hope I get the chance to go back again in the future

Thanksgiving 2023

We are Aussie expats (family of 4 - 2 boys aged 11 and 8 + dog) and use Thanksgiving as an excuse to go explore, usually a mountainous, scenic, cold, cozy location with plenty of busy little towns (restaurants/shops) and outdoor activities, primarily hiking. The Topnotch Townhouse was a perfect launching pad for all the above and a very comfortable space to hang out and chill. Being within the confines of the resort is also pretty cool - my wife took advantage of the Spa and we played outdoor table tennis a few times. + only a 5 min drive to Stowe Mountain and Spruce Peak Ski Resort's. Debra (the owner) refers to the place as her "happy place" - we can see why!

Stowe Holiday Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at Debra’s Topnotch townhouse. Debra was very responsive to all of our questions. The condo was spacious, beautifully decorated and clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glassware, pots and pans, etc. The beds were very comfortable, and each room had its own bathroom and tv. The location is great for access to the mountain, restaurants and downtown Stowe.

We had such a great stay in this condo. It was so spacious for our family (2 adults, 3 yr old, 1 yr old). Traveling with young kids we really loved the black out shades and having everyone in their own room. The big tub in the master was a hit with the kids as well. The location is such a great spot. Easy to get to town and close to the mountain, the rec path and nearby hikes. Also, having access to the outdoor pool at topnotch was great. Check in/check out was super easy and it was just an all around great vacation spot.

Lovely place in Stowe

Our family (my husband and two adult children) stayed here for several nights. The townhouse is beautiful and very comfortable. With one bedroom/bath on the first floor and two bedrooms/baths on second floor, the townhouse is spacious. Beds were very comfortable. The deck off the dining area has a spectacular view of the mountains - a great place to have morning coffee! Location is secluded and quiet but a convenient drive to Stowe restaurants and shops. Communication with Debra (owner) was easy. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to rebook it next summer.

Great getaway

I wanted a condo with pool access and room for adults and kids! The views of Mt. Mansfield a bonus since we were there to close out the ski season. Great space with comfy beds, well stocked kitchen and privacy. I highly recommend this location.

Stowe has always been dear to our hearts and topnotch is the ultimate combination of solitude and activity, luxury and country living.

What makes this property unique

This property is warm and comfortable while the space accommodates two people or two families. The views and the privacy are what really sold us.
The resort is small enough to feel' homey' and large enough to have activities at your fingertips all day long.
I love the fact that you can bicycle down the hill right onto the 11 mile recreation path or walk down the hill and have a stables on sight to horseback ride or for hay rides.Of course the pool area has been called the most spectacular in all of Stowe and maybe in all of Vermont.We take pride in that!
