Large, roomy, very clean house. Beds are very comfortable. The porch is lovely. Loved the location! Very walkable to The Mission Inn, Riverside Art Museum, The Cheech, restaurants, night life, The Food Lab, and Downtowne Bookstore (a wonderful little bookstore). Host is quick to respond to any questions.

Over all the space was fabulous. I would give it five starts except for one thing: the master bathroom. It was advertised as having a tub/shower. Technically this is true but since there is no shower curtain it was impossible to shower without getting water everywhere.

Avi and Brandon were so communicative and helpful. The house and location were perfect for 5 adults, a 3-year-old, and a 9-month old. Walkable to restaurants, free street parking in front of the house and gated parking that easily fit our two minivans (could have fit 4!). It’s not fancy, but clean and great owners! We will certainly stay here again if we do another Riverside family reunion! If you could curtain-in the clawfoot tub in the primary bathroom, it would help to have 2 showers instead of one.

We were in Riverside for our son’s graduation and this house was perfect for our needs. It was in a good location downtown convenient for restaurants and shopping. All bedrooms are upstairs but we found them easy to access via two sets of stairs. Admittedly we didn’t really cook while we stayed - choosing to try a variety of location restaurants but the kitchen had everything we needed. The shower was excellent and most importantly the AC worked really well. Plenty of parking. This is a cute historic home and if we are in Riverside - we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
