Why David Sanders chose Todd
Unlike many "owners" that rent through sites like Homeaway, we are not a big, impersonal property management company letting out spaces on behalf of others. We're local, personal, and own all of the properties we share with you and our many relatives who like to visit. We will do whatever we can to make your stay comfortable. We aim to please, so if you need anything to make your stay more enjoyable, just let us know. We're only minutes away!

Wedding anniversary get-away
We had a great stay in the tiny house. Exactly like the pictures show. Bed was really comfy and nice hang out area in the top or bottom.
It was fun learning how to use all the odd grid appliances. Beautiful view of farm land with Mountain View’s. My husband loved that there was a creek next to us.
We will definitely stay their again.
Cute Tiny House
We booked this tiny house because we were curious about tiny living and we wanted to do some outdoor activities in the mountains. The house is exactly as described, everything you need to cook in was available. There was even coffee and some condiments in the refrigerator. Board games and playing cards, shampoo, conditioner and bath towels provided. Composting toilet was different but not hard to use or figure out, water pressure in shower was excellent. We found the tiny house had plenty of room for two people. The sleeping accommodations were fine, the mattress on the loft was a bit firm for my preference. The outside was well kept, there were butterfly gardens that attract butterflies at the end of the summer, we enjoyed coffee and breakfast outside. The pictures show a big field in front of the tiny house, but for our stay it was overgrown. We were 10 minutes from the place we went canoeing and from Todd mercantile where you can get coffee, pastries and cake. Todd is not far from Boone maybe 25 minutes. Overall our visit was excellent; we would definitely stay in this tiny house again.
We loved the tiny house! The layout was great and it was very clean. I wasn’t very sure about the composting toilet when I first booked but it really wasn’t that bad. It is a little bit of a drive to get anywhere but it was totally worth it for the peace and quiet! David was great he was very quick to respond to any questions. The meadow was pretty overgrown but it was still a good view. Firewood was supplied which was great! We had amazing s’mores making weather during our stay! We would definitely book again!
So cute and comfy!
My fiancé, our dog, and I stayed here for a three day weekend and we loved it. I could live in that loft with the bed. The compost toilet took getting use to it but the instructions were spot on. Kitchen utensils and toiletries are supplied, which was great! Thank you so much!
I'm so glad you enjoyed your tiny house experience, Heather, and thanks so much for leaving a review. Come back soon!
Adorable tiny house in beautiful spot
The location is beautiful and the house is adorable and comfortable. We were so excited to stay there for the weekend, and found it clean and cozy. The only suggestions for improvement we have are a thicker/softer bed in the main loft, and some sort of solution for the composting toilet... We didn't mind using it at all, but the bathroom smelled like a porta potty from the moment we arrived... Other than that, our stay was perfect!
Thanks so much for taking the time to leave a review. I'm glad you enjoyed the pretty setting and that you found the house adorable. I love the firm mattress for my back problems, but it may not be for everyone. Fortunately, there are a couple of sleeping options with the foldout sofa and second loft. I'm surprised to hear that about the composting toilet. There is no reason why it should ever smell like chemicals from a porta potty, or to smell bad at all. We've had so many reviews, and no one has mentioned that before, or really complained about it at all, but I'll be sure to continue to give it a thorough cleaning between each guest to make sure it doesn't hinder anyone's stay.
We had so much fun in the tiny house! It was the perfect mix of rustic and cozy!
