The house was adorable and worked great for our children and grandchildren ranging from 2-8 years old. It was well equipped and plenty of room. It is 15-20 minutes from Hersheypark so very convenient. Jennifer, the host, was responsive and available. Great place to go with a group

Jennifer was an amazing host, very responsive to any requests or questions. This theme home was a surprising and fun stay for a multi-generational family gathering. Everyone especially loved the game room and enjoyed the hot tub in the snow. All the rooms were fun. Lots of tinly little touches like milk frother and marshmallows on coffee/tea/cocoa bar.

This house was amazing! Clean, fun and super spacious. Our kids had fun with the scavenger hunt and the game room. We also enjoyed how cute all the rooms were and especially the hot tub. Fit all 10 of us with a couple extra beds to spare. Host was quick to respond and very thorough. Don’t pass this house up! We can’t wait to come back!

Such a fun place for a family getaway

Three generations stayed at Sweet Retreat for a little getaway. Our plans did not go as planned but no worries, Sweet Retreat made up for it! Super comfy beds, a nice sizzled kitchen (the second fridge was great to have). The backyard was our own little oasis. We would have spent more time there if it rained less. Super easy communication with the owner. Will definitely consider staying again.

Talk about a Super Host! She's thought of it ALL. The house is beautifully decorated and truly curated for a memorable stay. We took a family trip up and loved the fact that we could also bring our dog along thanks to the fenced in backyard. This property is located in a quiet town - the perfect location for those looking to explore both Hershey and Amish Country. We took advantage of the game room for family movie night with fresh popcorn and a sweet secret snack. The kids loved running through the house completing the golden ticket scavenger hunt. Between the firepit, hot tub, outdoor games, and swings- we had plenty to do without even leaving the property. Don't worry about packing toys or entertainment for the kids- there are plenty at the property. Tv in almost every room: Hulu, HBO, Netflix: You name it- they've got it. The pictures truly don't do this place full justice- You have to see it in person. The Sweet Retreat is a gem of a property. This was definitely a unique stay/ experience and one that our entire family will remember for years to come. Thanks for the Memories!

Very fun & thorough

Jennifer was flexible and very communicative with messaging, which I appreciated. The place was clean, fun, and there were a lot of little fun surprises. The scavenger hunt was a cute touch too. The hot tub, rooms and decorations, and games were lovely. Not a complaint, but I'd suggest putting a doormat outside the smaller separate building and another inside the house from the outside back door. A cookie tray/pizza pan would also be helpful. Also, I think the dot painting has 23,322 dots!Great place, highly recommend!
