It has a huge screen room on the first floor where you can relax sitting on patio chairs or enjoy a meal on the outside dining room table. The house is completed fenced and has plenty of parking for RVs and boats. It is located on a huge lot, and it is very tastefully decorated. There are also two living rooms one on the second floor and the other in the third. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood and a great place for a family reunion. Our Hobie Adventure Mirage Kayak
Hobie Mirage Adventure Fish Kayak. Was originally designed so that it could also be converted into a Hobie Adventure Island (mounting places exist for this). If you have never tried a Hobie kayak, you do not know what you are missing! Having the foot pedal option, with a paddle option, and a sail is the only way to go and get the best experience and have the most fun on the water! We had A LOT of fun with this one.
** The sail is customized and is not something you should use unless you understand how to sail.
*16 foot in length
*Sit on top kayak
*Pedal drive/propulsion
*Paddle
The lift:
We can have the, 12,000 LB capacity, lift fitted professionally for your boat by Lifetime Dock and Lumber Inc. - not that they charge a small fee for the service.
Smart Home:
Just ask Google a question, "Hey Google, what's the weather outlook." Or, "Hey Google, play some inspirational music on 'inside'." You may also control the temperature, "Hey Google, set the temperature to 76 degrees on all devices" - there are three devices.
When you tell Google to play on "inside" you get JBL quality sound in the main living area.
If you don't want Google, just unplug the hub device. You can also, ask Google to turn off the thermostats to enjoy the fresh Keys air.
It's also useful to have Google call local services for you. For example, "Hey Google, call Cudjoe Gardens marina."
Boating:
Oceanside and Gulf side boating await for those interested in exploring the Keys. If you hire a guide, you can explore offshore beaches on the Gulf side that we consider comparable or better than many of the beaches on Dr. Beach's list. Every once in awhile a seaplane will take someone to these beaches because the locations are just so wonderful (see the picture and video someone posted about Marvin Key which is in the backcountry).
For a small fee, we can have the lift adjusted to your boat. Do you really want to leave your boat in the water for a month?
Depending on the pet, this home has some freedom to roam because it has a chain-link fence on two sides and a metal fence in front. The backyard is bordered by a swimmable canal.
