Steps Away from Adventure! Ski-In/Ski-Out Condo, Dog Friendly

Step off the patio and into adventure when you stay in Jokerville-101! In winter, you’ll enjoy unrivaled ski access—ski down to the West Wall lift just a few yards away. Ski in right to the front door! There is also a groomed trail to and from the slopes located at the back of the building. Store your skis in our patio locker.
In summer, the mountain trail is calling…and only 10 steps away. Casually stroll among the flowers—Crested Butte is the Wildflower Capital of Colorado! Or hop on your bike and pop over to the adventure center at the resort base—just a quick ride away. Take the chairlift up the mountain and score some sweet downhill action.
After a hard day of fun, it’s time to take it down a notch.
Mealtime is quick and easy on the induction range in our fully stocked kitchen. With all the pots and pans you could think to need, it’s like you never left home. Store groceries in our roomy pantry. Essential spices are also available. Please be sure to bring coffee, tea, sugar, and any specialty seasonings that are must-haves for you.
When the weather is nice, send those kiddos down the patio and up the stairs to hang out on the simple playground while you cook inside or use the grill provided in the second-floor common area. Or, join the little ones for sandwiches on the picnic tables!
If cooking is not at the top of your list, then not to worry! Crested Butte’s unbeatable downtown restaurants and shops are less than a 10-minute drive down the mountain.
Traveling here in winter? Our free, on-call, local shuttle service is just a phone call away and can take you where you need to go—resort base area or downtown. Leave the car at home!
When your tummy is full and the sun is setting, pull out a couple lawn chairs from the ski locker and pour yourself a glass of wine. You won’t want to miss the gorgeous sunset from our west-facing patio.
Retire inside as temps drop and cuddle around a fire in the wood-burning fireplace. Free firewood is located just one floor above the condo. Pull out any of the provided books and games, and wind down from the day.
With one King bed and two Full beds, the family can rest easy when it’s time to catch some ZZZs. Make sure to bring the entire family—our condo is dog friendly!

NOTE: Hot Tub is indoor and only open during ski season! BBQ grills are snowed in during winter. Ski-in/ski-out access typically begins around late December, depending on snowfall. We also have a free shuttle that can drop you at the base in ski season!

There are about 1.5 flights of stairs up to the first floor, to access J-101.
There are two parking spaces available for guests.

Please note: There is no AC in this condo. There is no elevator on the premises. The balcony/deck area is a shared space.

Please NOTE: Our condo complex is located in the high country of the Rocky Mountains. During winter, weather can change abruptly and road conditions can and will get treacherous. Please winterize your vehicle. Often, AWD or 4WD alone is not enough!! To get to our location, we strongly recommend one of the following: snow tires or chains for your tires.

Dog Friendly
Guests are required to inform the office/host and pay a non-refundable pet fee if they plan to bring a dog.
Dogs must be at least one year of age to stay. Two dog max per condo.
Please use the provided dog sheets for the furniture! Guests are responsible for any property damage/extra cleaning.
