This comfortable and cozy 2 bedroom condo carries a tasteful décor and is a great spot for a beach vacation! Land's End is a gated waterfront community in Treasure Island, nestled at the end of a peninsula and surrounded by water on three sides. Amazing Views

I was amazed every morning waking up to such a gorgeous view. The beach is just a minute walk and worth seeing the sunset. Gate staff is very friendly and lots of great places around but most need a drive to get to. Buoys is the blue outline glowing place across the water and the food and drinks are truly amazing. Seadog Brewery is about a mile up the road and had a great selection and great food.

Charming condo in a wonderful location

The location was perfect, near the inter coastal for paddle board practice and the bay for swimming and long walks. The condo was fine and we had a great time.

Amazing!

Me and my husband and son loved this property. The view was amazing! It’s a short distance to restaurants if you want to go out to eat and had a very short walk to the beach. We will definitely be going back. 🙂

A pleasant getaway.

Generally speaking the property is well maintained, the pool and beach areas are very nice. It is a very good choice for a quite vacation. The things we liked were the size of the apartment, the beds, the beach, pool, garden, and views. Things that were not bad but could use some improvement were the quality of kitchen utensils and the cleanliness of inside cabinets, closets, corners and the toilet paper supplied, and better lighting.

Lands End unit#202 Bldg 3

We did not feel comfortable staying in this Unit, as most things about the condo were true, including the great location and awesome views. When entering the condo, our first impressions were not great. This unit needs a renovation including removal of the carpet, and a complete paint job. It is unfortunate that pictures only show what they want you to see. Resort Rental staff were very good to accommodate us and quickly arranged for another unit in the same building for us, which was much better. Grant W

There was wear at the bottom of tables and wallpaper which did not bother us. We loved spending time on the balcony. When we had air conditioner problems RR was quick to respond. Two items I must note is one of the restaurants across the water had live music each night. We enjoyed sitting out listening to the different genres. The master toilet/tub area was extremely tight. The hall bathroom was more comfortable. We recommend Salt Rock Grill and Middle Grounds Grill. Do not miss Imagine Museum. The best glass art museum. We did not use the other amenities.

The balcony is right above a strip of beach that is public and is known to be a dog park. There is a walking path too, and it is public as well. Ends up being a lot of foot traffic right by the balcony. So there were people out there every morning, especially the weekend. Also there is a bar across the water that plays music very loudly. It is done by 10 pm, but it was so loud during the day Saturday, you could hear it inside the condo with the TV on. I just wanted to make sure people know the facts when renting. No one else had mentioned any of these things. Lands end itself is set up well for kids to roam and for multiple families on vacation together.

Could use some updating

The customer service at Resort Rentals is fantastic and every time I reached out for an issue they responded quickly. The issues some of which were fixed and some not since I didn't mention them until we left. This is an older unit that does need some attention. Stained toilet seats (one replaced), toilets take 2 flushes, and I am assuming this could be an effect of the hurricanes. They did replace both shower heads and kitchen sink faucet per my request. The fan in front bathroom rattles when initially turned on but eventually stops. The main bathroom tub stopper can be hard to open after taking a bath. Washer and dryer work, however, when we used the dryer for the first time, we could not find the lint trap and did not know if there was an option to empty one since we are not familiar with a stackable unit. I looked up the manual (week 3) to find out for sure and found how to clean the lint trap. The shelf that holds the drawer in the refrigerator is broken. The refrigerator in general looks bad, especially the outer door and the ice maker does not work. The screen door is very hard to move, and it will jump the track. I walked with just socks on and every time they would end up black, so I am not sure when the floor was thoroughly cleaned last. I am hoping this does not come across as picky. To me this is TLC and cosmetic but yet functional which makes a stay more pleasant. After all, when you are on vacation the last thing, I want to do is to call and have repairs made.

However, the bayfront condo was located across from a bar and there was very loud music until 1:30am every night. The condo is very outdated. Nothing has been updated since the late 1980s. There is a VCR! We found a pair of child's dirty panties in the guest bedroom and dead bugs on the floor. There was no cleaning supplies. There were glass tables and mirrors on every wall yet no windex! No laundry detergent, not enough toliet paper or garbage bags. I would expect that private rentals supply the basics for keeping the place clean. The toaster was broken and the one of the shower doors was off track and nearly fell off, so we couldnt have our son in that bathroom. Had we stayed on the Gulf side, I am sure it wouldn't have been loud, but will definitely not stay in this particular unit again. Someone please alert the owner that this place needs an overhaul and better windows to block out the noise!!

Easy check in because Resort Rentals office was about 5 minutes from our property (Lands End Condominium) - instructions are clear with all the information needed for parking spot, keycode to get in, wifi, etc. 2 bed & 2 bath was all really clean. I loved the causway was on one side ( there was a staircase on edge of property to go in water) and the ocean on the other side.... Super convenient. Nice pool area with plenty of chairs (although we did the ocean most days.) There were 2 low beach chairs and plenty of boogie boards and sand toys for kids. Deck area was great with plenty chairs. Plenty of room to do workouts or yoga inside in living room area. Excellent location. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved sitting on the porch by the inlet, and watching the pelicans and even saw a few dolphins. Location is everything, as they say... and is was, as we could walk easily to the pool and the beach. The pool was very enjoyable. Close to restaurants and shopping. What more can you want?
