Located in the popular Sunset Beach neighborhood, this totally remodeled condo is very clean and fresh with a fully equipped kitchen. Your also have 3 flat screen televisions free internet service as well as a washer and dryer for your use.

Very good.

I recommend this place and this apartment. My family and I felt at home here. Everything we needed was there. The apartment was clean. And outside there was peace and quiet, which is what we expected. There were always free sunbeds at the pool, which was an additional plus. We would love to come back there again.

Excellent beach getaway!

It’s our second stay at Lands End and this is the best condo. We will certainly back!! Upgraded condo and best view of the beach!

Great resort property, unit needs updated

Love the location of the property, the resort was well maintained but our unit was a disappointment. Needs updates badly, master bath was kind of dirty and even has a broken toilet paper dispenser. The worst of mattresses of any stay ever. Would try the resort again just book a different unit.

the storm left terrible smell from debris ...

we came in a day late due to the storm. The storm left so much debris the smell was horrible. We went out by the beach but even the water smelled the first day or two. We ended up leaving two days early as I had a hard time breathing. Lands End was beautiful and so was the unit. However, the air conditioning filter was black and in need. of changing. I feel we should have at least been compensated for another time a few days. I did have to see a doctor and am on antibiodics and steriods.

Pleasant and relaxing stay for family of five

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Communication prior to arrival was efficient and clear. The condo was very nice and clean with updated amenities as other guests have shared. The beach was beautiful and uncrowded during our stay. There were many amenities but we did not use any except for the pool one time. The unit has a washer and dryer as well as beach chairs and an umbrella. There were no beach towels, dishwashing liquid or laundry detergent there so be sure to bring your own or pick up at the Publix down the way. There weren’t as many shops to walk to do our rental car was helpful. Just watch out for the glass table on living area- we had to place bananas on each corner to prevent from running into it.

Perfect location if looking for a quiet, clean, calm beach

Perfect location by the beach. Watching the sunrise and sunsets over the water directly from the kitchen counter is priceless. The room itself is very specious. Having multiple tv’s helped with the family wanting to watch their own things. The remodeling/upgrades in this condo made the stay feel very much more upscale and comfortable. We had issues with the a/c on the first day, but once we called the manager, they had someone come in and fix it asap. We appreciated their customer service. Some suggestions to the owners/managers that weren’t in our way from a good vacation but could have been a little better: 1.) the blender is old and sticky (it works well) but it is so old that you can’t wash it off anymore 2.) our family needed a larger cutting board for cooking 3.) the sheets in the smaller bedroom need an upgrade, you can tell they were clean but they were worn out and old as well. Other than that, we had a blast. We are looking forward to coming back again. Thank you for everything.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There are some issues with this condo which management may not be aware of.1) Lights in hallway and near washer bulbs out2) Mildew in showers3) The glass coffee table is not attached to pedestal This is a hazard for children4) Mattresses are uncomfortableWe dealt with filth upon arrival, and spending 24 hours in 80+ degree temps due to air conditioning freezing up. To their credit, management did send someone to clean and relocated us for a night due to a/c issue.I would recommend 202 to others, but not 206. It is old and outdated. I have no issues with Resort Rentals.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This room was nice. Layout different than an inside room. Room as described and upgrades were nice. Lots of glass tops on tables and not attached to bases. Very easy to move and tip with the slightest of pressure. Room was fairly clean but several dishes/silverware had food still on them. Cleaning is not done under furniture/beds, in corners or even closets. Dishwasher had something gross in bottom so may not have been run before we got there. Found half drank Gatorade bottle under bed. Master bed was very comfortable. Beds in 2nd bedroom not comfortable at all. Our 3 yr old Grandson asked to sleep with us as his bed was too uncomfortable. Overall, was a great view, easy access to the beach, short walk to pool. Even used grills by volleyball court 2 times. Didn't have lighter but purchased and left for next people also a pitcher as we like tea and left that also. Grocery store fairly close just takes time as this area has a slower speed limit...lots of people. Great places to eat if you're not into cooking. A bit on the high side but expected for this tourist area. Weather was good, more hot and humid. Went end of May but have been at the beginning and it's beautiful. Not much humidity then.

Resort Rentals made us feel like friends from the beginning and took care of our needs from beach chairs and turkey pans to an additional couch (that was taken right from the office) needed while we awaited the new one to arrive. The grounds at Lands End were beautiful, the private beach and walk ways were much appreciated. The Condo was beautiful and clean, clearly just updated throughout. The kitchen was amazing, I fit all of our groceries into the fridge with no problem. The beds and all furniture was very comfortable, it met all of our needs.The view was lovely and quiet. I will look forward to using Resort Rentals in the future and absolutely looking into staying at Lands End in the future. Be sure to use the free bus in Treasure Island!!

However, this particular condo was like walking into a 1990's time warp. The furniture is outdated and uncomfortable. The master bedroom bed is very old. The pillows were horrible so be sure to bring your own. The bathrooms and hardware are showing their age and look dirty. This unit needs to be refreshed.

Unit could use some minor repairs and updates, such as the lock on the front door of the unit and conditions of the bathrooms. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love vacationing in this area of St. Pete. We have stayed in Lands End years ago and loved it. Unfortunately the unit we stayed in was not maintained very well and very out dated. The hot water tank was leaking, was replaced the next day. The air conditioning did not work properly for two days. The service team was very accommodating and was able to fix the issues. The master bedroom bed was extremely old and uncomfortable. It actually had a dip in it. The sheets in the 2nd room had sand on them when we went to bed, we washed all the sheets the next day. The floors in closets and under the furniture had not been swept or washed. There was broken crayons on the front windowsill from a past visitor.. The building and surrounding area was beautiful.... would not recommend this unit.

The unit was NOT as clean as it should have been for our arrival. We had to clean the kitchen and bathrooms counters and sinks before we would use them. The furniture is older but useable except for the couch, which is obviously broken and very uncomfortable. Also some smaller throw rugs are really old and should be thrown away and replaced. Overall, with a few upgrades this is an excellent place for a vacation.

All photos are accurate to the condo, we also have a "premier" category that is designated to condos that carry recent updates throughout and this choice was not one of the premier units. We are sorry if you did not care for this particular unit, we have several different options available at Land's End and if this unit was not the right fit we are sure there is another that is. Nice Treasure Island Vacation

Wonderful Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time staying here, the location and grounds are beautiful. Water is warm and tons of shells to sort through. Condo was great and we had a wonderful view. A few updates to the condo would make this place even more wonderful. (Paint, updated kitchen supplies). Basic cleaning supplies would be nice. I would not recommend this actual condo to families with small children because of the glass tables. The glass coffee table was hard to see and we banged our legs several times also it is not anchored down, could easily flip off and break. Some of the areas in the condo could be cleaned better, but overall a wonderful place. Would defiantly stay again.

In our rental program we have 2 categories of condos, standard and premier. Premier units will carry recent updates throughout and we have many in each view category at Land's End to choose from should you want something a bit more updated. Please never hesitate to contact us at our office if the condo is not up to par as should be upon your arrival, we would be happy to have housekeeping come back out to address anything so that you are totally comfortable during your visit.
