One of he two stone made villas crafted with personal work and tender, capable to host 6 persons with all modern facilities. With a unique view of Ionian Sea under thte fresh shadow of great pine trees, just a few steps from the sea.
The location of the residence offers unique view to Corfu and Paxos Islands as long as the local gulfs and islets. Further more the stone made architecture and the great pine tree is surrounding the villa will make your stay unforgettable.

Wonderful!

I stayed in this beautiful house with a friend for 2 weeks in September. It is furnished with great attention to detail. The wonderful terraces, where you can always find a shady spot, invite you to linger and relax. It is very quiet, you can only hear the sound of the sea, birdsong and crickets chirping, plus the smell of pine needles. The house consists of 2 semi-detached houses (Villa I and II). In the first week we had very nice and quiet neighbors, the second week we were alone. The furnishings correspond to the photos, except for a few positive changes. The wardrobe in one bedroom was removed and there is now a small, open, walk-in wardrobe made of natural stone. Very nice and creates more space. Two hanging baskets were installed in the bathroom to create more storage space. What you can't see in the photos is the outdoor shower in the shape of a tree trunk. Very nice. The furniture inside and outside is very well maintained. The loungers on the terrace are very comfortable. The house is located a little outside of town, but can also be easily reached on foot in about 25 minutes. We had a lot of friendly contact with the owner George. He is not on site, but responds immediately to questions and is always available to help. All in all, it was a fantastic and very relaxing holiday. We already miss the terrace with the wonderful view and the sunset. We will definitely come back.

Fijn vakantiehuis op een mooie lokatie met prachtig uitzicht

We hebben een hele fijne vakantie doorgebracht op deze mooie plek. Het huis (villa II) is van alle gemakken voorzien en compleet ingericht, en is heel schoon, bij een langer verblijf werd er ook tussendoor schoongemaakt. De lokatie is prachtig, en het terras geeft een prachtig uitzicht over de kust en de zee. De omgeving biedt allerlei fijne stranden en een rustig achterland met mooie bergen en natuur.

Bas and his family were very polite and smily. They left the house clean and tidy. I hope they come back again in the future. I recommend them as fine guests to the hole community of "HOME AWAY".

It is as good as it looks in the photos!

It would be difficult to imagine how our week in Capt. Mike's villa could have been improved. From the fantastic setting - yes, the views are as good as the photos - to the welcome gifts of wine and the local liqueur, it was a great villa. We were a party of four adults and there was plenty of space inside, and for outside eating and relaxing. Sivota has plenty of restaurants and three supermarkets and is a few minutes away by car. We particularly enjoyed the day we spent in a motor boat touring round the islands just off-shore and swimming from secluded beaches in the clear warm water. George, the owner, was very helpful answering all our questions.

John and his friends were kind and gentle. They keep the house clean and respect the natural enviroment around. I hope they will back again in future. I recoment them as fine guests to the comunity of Home Away.

Why they chose this property

As a kid and later as a teenager we used to come to Sivota at this traditional house owned by my parents for summer vacations.
it was always the best vacation because of the unique view and the sense of freedom and quietness of this spot of Sivota.
Thats why when my father dies, me and my family reconstruct this house keeping the traditional feeling compined with all the comforts of today so all my guests to have the same feeling we had as little children. The magic we hope to keep on.
