Bring the whole family to this great space with lots of room for fun! Located in a resort-style gated community, the BeachBird is a short walk to the pool & club house and quick bike ride to the community marina & kayak launch!

In the Summer Months pool passes are provided for the large community pool and kid's pool. Basketball courts, a playground, bocce, horseshoes, and a pavilion are some of the amenities you will enjoy in this lovely, gated community. Enjoy a second-floor deck, large driveway for 4 vehicles and a quiet setting to relax after a fun day at the beach, shopping, or dining.

The BeachBird is a spacious family retreat - perfectly laid out for relaxing near the Delaware Beaches!

Not only is this home fully equipped with everything to make your stay comfortable & enjoyable, it is thoughtfully designed to make it the perfect space for your beach retreat.

I can’t say enough positive things about our stay. This house was perfect for our family of 5 who were in town for a baseball tournament and a couple extra beach days. The house was very clean, well stocked and the community was quiet and felt very safe. My kids especially loved the upstairs area where they could spread out and chill. The hosts were excellent communicators as well, checking in to make sure we were all set throughout the trip. We would definitely stay here again.

Kimberly was a very responsive host, gave us a lot of great local suggestions, and had very clear instructions. The property itself was spacious and with the most comfortable comforter. My dog loved exploring the house and had a great time at the beach off season too.

Perfect location!

We booked this stay to host our baby shower this past weekend and could not have been more pleased with everything! From communication to the home, everything was amazing. Wonderful place to stay. House was beautiful inside and clean. Neighbors were very friendly. Hosts were great. Very accommodating, especially with our pup. Even went as far as supplying a crock pot. Kids enjoyed the kids cave. Plenty of things for the kids to do. Kimberly was very understanding with my confusion on date of checkout. Which we needed to rush to pack to checkout. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home. Will definitely stay there again.

We love this eclectic vacation neighborhood! It is one of the most unique neighborhoods in the area - we love that is gated, that there are great community amenities, direct access to the Rehoboth Bay, & so may trees! All the homes are different styles. We love that it is not your cookie-cutter neighborhood.

What makes this property unique

We love The Beachbird and hope you do too! Even though the home is over 2000 SF, it has a very cozy feel! There are several spaces to relax - including the second floor deck! We love that each room has a different theme - yet the whole design is cohesive. We love that it is a comfortable, spacious, and relaxing vibe so that you can focus on having fun on your trip!
