New, Charming & Large 3 Bedroom Seaside House next to Beach
Our newly built Seaside Home is a little piece of paradise. Located in the heart of wine country, olive groves and a 2 minute walk to a private beach. It is an ideal home for a fabulous vacation enjoying the gorgeous views of the sea, islands and mountains.
Our house stands out from many in Orebic/ Mokalo because it is entirely new and we spared no expense in decorating it beautifully. With Marble floors, elegant furniture and plush bedding-You will feel like you are staying at a 5 star hotel!
The Space:
Our home is newly built. It has brand new furniture and amenities. Everything is new and is well maintained. For a 3 bedroom home, there is a lot of space. The interior features 2 floors of living area as well as car garage. The first floor is an open floor plan which includes a living, dining and kitchen area. The 2 spacious bedrooms on the top floor have breathtaking views of the sea, islands and mountain range. The house also features 2 large bathrooms with bath tubs. We also have a large back yard which is an enjoyable area to spend time around our custom built stone dining table and BBQ setup. The front of the house has 2 terrace areas to take in the views, dine or just enjoy a glass of wine.
There are many wonderful aspects about this house that you will surely enjoy!
*An extra single bed is available and can be added to either room
*A baby Crib is also available to add to a room.
Guest Access:
2 minute walk to a private beach. 5 minute ride to the charming seaside town Orebic. 2 minute walk to 2 Seaside restaurants and 1 seaside cafe.
Our house is on a small street with a total of 3 houses.
We are the middle house and there is no traffic on our street.

Our house is situated four km eastern from Orebic, in the southern part of Peljesac. Its located next to one of the most beautiful beaches on Pelješac. Its beauty provides a unique experience for all our guests.

We are very familiar with Croatia, especially Peljsac as we have been travelling here our whole lives and have even lived here at times.
Peljsac and especially are small village of Mokalo is truly one of the most beautiful places in Croatia. We have unbelievable views of the sea, can walk to the sea in 2 minutes, are surrounded by olive groves and vineyards and there are the most stunning views of mountains.
You are also a 5 minute drive to the quaint town of Orebic, 15 minute ferry to Korcula and are away from the hustle and bustle of Dubrovnik.
