Perfect for a relaxing getaway, family vacation or working from home. It has all the amenities that you need for a 3 day stay or a 1 year stay. Everything is beautiful and clean, you just need to bring your suitcase.

The apartment is inside a gated community with 24 hour video surveillance. There is a pool, gym and parking for the community - free.

It is WIFI ready (on availability of the provider) and Netflix enabled. It comes with bed linens, towels for use at beach/pool and inside the apartment, kitchen utensils, cutlery, dishes, iron and Ironing board.

We will have access to a well maintained swimming pool, gym and on site coin laundry facilities on each floor.
The apartment is located on the 6th floor and must climb on flight of stairs - the elevator goes to the 5th floor.

There is a balcony on the front and rear of the apartment with great views from the rooftop terrace.

1. While public transportation is poor on this island paradise, a vehicle, is highly recommended to explore the other fun spots St. Maarten offers. A vehicle can be provided at your request for an additional cost. The daily rate is US$45.
2. No smoking is permitted inside the unit. Smoking is allowed outside on the patio.
3. Please turn off lights, TV and Airconditioning when you are not in the apartment.
4. Noise levels are to be kept generally low.
5. No early check in or late check out. There will be a US$30 charge for each $30 minutes after 11am.
