House with 120m2 fully furnished, 03 Qtos, 02 suites, one master (sea front), social wc, dining and living rooms, kitchen and balcony.
All rooms fully equipped with: Refrigerator, Icebox, Microwave, Stove, LED TV in the living room, brewery, wine cellar, beach accessories, split air conditioning in the 03 bedrooms.
Residential condominium, composed of only 08 houses, in front of the sea of Porto de Galinhas, with common leisure structure: Adult swimming pool, children's pool, heated jacuzzi and barbecue.
The property is located just over 1km walk, by the beach, to the central area of Porto de Galinhas, where you can find the natural pools and a great variety of bars and restaurants.

The house comfortably accommodates up to 12 people, this being the limit of occupants for each rental.
