Everything was fantastic. Only thing was the step going to/from the kitchen. I would recommend a rug or tape to let people know the step is there. The only sign was in the kitchen area and not really noticeable. We had an older lady with us and she almost missed the step. Otherwise everything was great. Thank you so much.

Great Location from Dr. Phillips Center

This property is just a few minutes walk to the Dr. Phillips Center. Next to a fantastic neighborhood and has lovely decorative touches. We had a lovely time.

Downtown Orlando staycation

The place is cute and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied with all yhat you need for a few day get away. It is a close walk to everything. The owners were very responsive with any questions we had. Will definitely rebook.

We enjoyed our stay! Booking was easy and property as described. Communication was as needed. Property was clean and had all the amenities needed. Location is close to the expressway and there is a lot of traffic noise. Heidi anticipated guests having challenges with the noise when sleeping and provided an overhead fan with "white noise" feature and earplugs. Those who have challenges with this may not like this location. We were in town for a wedding and walked to the venue!!! Parking for two vehicles. We only had lukewarm water for showers on day one and figured we shared a hot water tank with the downstairs unit. Day two was plenty of hot water. Appreciate the tea and coffee offered. Would recommend Heidi and any of her properties.
