Our house is well located and just 20min by taxi from the airport, 15min walk to the city center and the Park Selva Alegre is only about 10min by walk from our house. Especially the view over the city and on the volcanoes Misti y Chachani from our roof terrace is unforgettable. Our accommodation is perfect for couples, adventurers and families with children.
What makes our homestay unique is that you can get a realistic impression of the Peruvian lifestyle while your stay with our family! In addition, our accommodation offers a roof terrace to enjoy breakfast with a spectacular view on the volcanoes Chachani and Misti. Furthermore we have a garden to enjoy a barbecue for example.
Besides your private room with bathroom, you can make yourself a home using the kitchen, living room with TV, the laundry and of course the roof terrace as well as the garden.
Someone is always at home to help you with whatever you need. We can provide you with lots of information about the city, region as well as history and culture as we are working in tourism. So do not hesitate to ask for whatever you need, while you are part of our family during your stay :)

Why they chose this property

This property is perfect for a group of 10 people with 3 double and 1 family room. But of course you can also just book one or two rooms if you are less people and you will pay less.
You will enjoy clean and comfortable rooms, you will feel like in a 3 star hotel! You have private bathrooms with hot water! You will live next to a Peruvian family and you can use their facilities such as kitchen, living room, TV, washing machine,...! You have your own rooftop terrace including breath-taking views on the city and the volcanoes! You have your own garden! You will live close to the city center! You will pay less as in other hotels and you will have much more than just a room, you will have a home!
Please keep in mind that you have your private room with bathroom and that kitchen and living room are shared with our family.
A double room cost 36$, the family room 65$ and all of our rooms (3 doubles + 1 family) will cost 170$ per night including breakfast.
