Value (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🏠New Construction🏠 💎Take advantage of our new listing pricing💎 -King Bed -Luxury Mattress -Full Kitchen -58"Tv in livingroom -Washer/Dryer in unit -Fast WiFi -Tub/Shower combo -Nespresso machine -Dining table with two chairs. We'd love the opportunity to host you and your family. This is our full time business and we specialize in taking great care of our guest. We also put the exact same luxury mattress on every bed we have in the unit. We want the entire group sleeping well.
$250 fee if smoking is detected. Non negotiable
$99 fee if checkout is past 11:00am and not mutually agreed upon in the app chat
$200 fee if pet is brought to unit. Pets are not allowed in this unit
