Silverado Resort Prime Location, Lovely Condo!

This is a ground floor end unit with no one living above you! It's one of the most centrally located units at Silverado...close and easy walking distance to Silverado's Spa, pools, tennis, golf, restaurants, conference center and the Mansion. It's also extremely versatile because it can be rented as a 2 bedroom/2 bath unit with bright living room with sofa bed and functional kitchen. This is a light and airy smartly decorated unit with a well appointed kitchen, a dining area and comfortable living room. Both bedrooms have TWO double beds....perfect for guys or gals golf weekends, girls get-aways or families. As stated above, there is a sofa bed in the living room which may be reserved as part of your rental for an additional fee of $50 per night. IF THERE ARE MORE THAN 4 IN YOUR PARTY, PLEASE indicate whether you will need the sofa bed with your reservation request so that I can edit the quote for your stay. Enjoy a game of cards on the private back patio or inside the condominium. A front patio faces a lovely garden courtyard where there is a private pool for the units surrounding it (including yours!). RESERVATIONS SHOULD BE MADE AT LEAST 3 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF CHECK-IN so that we can make sure the cleaning service has the condominium prepared. Please note, has some special events and their dates may change during the year. The posted rates are based on calendaring early in the year and rates change for those special events. We will confirm that the posted rate is correct when we confirm your reservation. Lastly, WE REQUIRE A 2 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY and 3 NIGHTS FOR ALL HOLIDAY WEEKENDS. ONE NIGHT STAYS CANNOT BE ACCEPTED. Additionally, SPECIAL EVENTS AT THE RESORT OR IN NAPA (GOLF TOURNAMENTS, BOTTLEROCK, BLUE NOTE JAZZ FESTIVAL, etc.) ALSO REQUIRE A 3 NIGHT STAY MINIMUM. Thank you for your understanding.
