The Space:

The home’s beautiful second story balcony allows you to indulge in Southern Utah’s beauty with desert and mountain views extending to the horizon. Especially attractive at night, this space is equipped for making dinner on the grill, enjoying dinner from comfortable outdoor seating, and ending the night cozied up by the outdoor fireplace as the sunset changes colors across the sky. Other amenities for your recreation include sports courts, fitness center, club house, and indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs.



The home’s interior is just as impressive with another stone fireplace to enjoy. This one will keep you warm while watching movies on the smart tv or sharing a meal indoors at the dining table for 6. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, toaster, and other necessary essentials for convenient meals at home or prepping food to take on-the-go. Barstools line the kitchen counter for casual dining and visiting in the kitchen.



Stay at one resort and play at both! Whether you booked your vacation at one of our brand-new Terra Resort Properties or one of our beautiful Coral Springs Resort condos, enjoy amenities at both resorts that are within walking distance! At the Terra Resort enjoy a brand-new waterslide, lazy river, and giant hot tub! At the Coral Springs Resort, enjoy a heated outdoor pool and hot tub, an indoor pool and hot tub, tennis court, half basketball court, full work out facility, and club house!



This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area.



Bedroom #1 is the primary suite with a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and jacuzzi tub.



Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and a twin/twin bunk bed plus a smart tv.

This unit is located on the 3rd floor and requires stairs, and the resort does not have an elevator.

This place had everything we needed and was super clean. Only downfall is no cell phone service with Verizon so could only use wifi for internet, facetime, and imessages. Didn't use ammeities but they looked great if we'd had time.

Coral Springs Condo

Great little condo for our family of four and pet friendly so our dog could come too. It was clean and well equipped for all of our needs plus had easy access to the pools, hot tubs and gym. We also loved that it was located minutes away from Sand Hollow and Quail Creek reservoirs for fishing and paddle boarding. It was worth the price and we would definitely stay here again!

In Hurricane for a long weekend to attend a family wedding. The condo met all our expectations- the location was great, the condo very comfortable and very clean - beds comfy, nice bathrooms, kitchen well equipped, and the condo had all amenities we could possibly need, washer and dryer, iron, hair dryers, kitchen equipment. Utah getaway

Beautiful location, peaceful and very clean condo. All of the amenities were available. No issues at all, comfortable. We were a family of three and it was the perfect size. Kitchen was spacious, beds and bedrooms super spacious. Gym and pool close by, lots of area to take walks. Close to highway and gas station. Cute little Mexican restaurant nearby as well. We would come back!

The unit was clean and neat. The TV in master didn’t work and it’s tiny and old, it needs to be replaced with a modern smart TV. The family room TV is also old and small. Replace both TV’s and this place would be perfect.

Stayed in a different unit, but the complex is wonderful

This was such a wonderful place. We had originally reserved a different unit but the property management company called and told us they had booked that one and would need to change units. They offered this one at the same price as we had booked. It was truest wonderful. Location is very convenient. It’s right by the highway but you really don’t get road noise. The unit is really designed with kids in mind. Things like Plastic plates and bowls, bunk beds, etc. made for a great stay. Every night we would finish up with a family game of basketball, so fun.

Amazingly beautiful place

We couldn't communicate with the host, nor the rental managers for anything. The last day we started receiving texts after we'd emailed the owner about nails in the carpet. There were carpet nails that 3 of us stepped on. Where the carpet joined up with the tile floor. Otherwise the place was amazing. We would still like to hear from the owner/host who hasn't responded to anything yet. The place was beautiful inside and very hot outside, which was to be expected. The pool and facilities were very nice. M

Best Surprise Birthday Trip!

We had the best time at this condo in Hurricane, UT! I surprised my husband with a birthday trip, and we brought our dog along, so it was important to find a place that was comfortable, clean, and pet-friendly. This condo checked all the boxes! The condo itself was beautifully maintained – spotless and very well-appointed. We felt at home the minute we walked in. The layout was spacious, with modern touches and all the amenities we needed. It was clear that the owners put a lot of thought into creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Communication with the host was fantastic from start to finish. They were prompt, friendly, and provided all the information we needed to make our stay stress-free. It was also great to have such a responsive host, especially since we were traveling with our dog, and we had a couple of questions about the area. The location was perfect for our trip – just a short drive to some of the most famous national parks, including Zion and Bryce Canyon. We were able to enjoy the parks while having a quiet, peaceful retreat to come back to at the end of each day. Plus, there were plenty of pet-friendly spots nearby, which made our trip even better. We would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway or a family-friendly stay, this condo is a fantastic choice!
