The location was perfect. Across the street from the beach but it only took 1.5 minutes to get there. Publix within walking distance. The back of the property where the pool is was beautifully maintained. Sitting out there in late afternoon I was able to see 3 dolphins swim by. Small unit and a little dated as far as decor but that really isn’t important to me. Would stay here again.

A great place!

This was a great place to stay! Check in was easy, super close to the water, and they had plenty of extras for an amazing day at the beach. Highly recommend staying here!

So! The pool definitely needs a good cleaning there a slim milky look on top the sides u can write ur name in the moss. If the tv messes up be prepared to call repairs urself. Chairs tht come with room r rusted 1 is broke. They did work with us on check in & out times. Other then that the place nice and accommodating

Thank you Nancy for that nice review. As an owner (Steven & Kevin's Mom) I used to go out to the condo to do the cleaning, but now use a cleaning service. So I only go out there to bring "supplies". Next time I go out there I will be cleaning out that red wagon. Thank you again. Glad you enjoyed your stay. I will try to replace that umbrella (which I think a previous rental left)

Amazing Place near Beach!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here! We liked the closeness to the beach and a grocery store. Would highly recommend this property for a family. Pool was nice as well!

Great experience

We have enjoyed staying here for several years, the condo is clean and very well stocked with amazing views of the Gulf and Bay. The host is always helpful and considerate as well. We are looking forward to our visit again next year!
