Such a cute studio that has everything you need. Communication from the host was excellent. It’s a nice quiet part of the island and proximity to the beach was great! Loved that we could pack light and use beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas available. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, dinnerware etc. We enjoyed our stay!

The beach, the marsh, and the golf cart

The proximity to the beach was amazing! It was a few footsteps. The proximity to the marsh was also easy. We were able to watch the sunrise at the ocean and then watch the sunset at the marsh. Having a golf cart was the icing on the cake and the kayaks made for a really entertaining day. The only downfall would be the upstairs customers who were pretty loud..

This unit has an amazing use of a small space and we were very comfortable. The decor is adorable (obsessed with the kitchen wall tile) and there is everything you could possibly need, including a washer and dryer! Really easy to take your dogs out, as there are two doors, and the area is very dog friendly. There are two public beach access areas nearby. The host communicated well and frequently. Our upstairs neighbors were a bit loud, but that's not the host's fault! (2 kids and 2 dogs so kind of hard for them to keep it down!)
