Expansive windows frame great views of Lake Martin! Upstairs, a spacious master suite awaits alongside a guest bedroom and bathroom. The finished basement offers two additional bedrooms, a bathroom, a den, and a bunk room that sleeps 8! Quiet slough and great outdoor entertaining areas! Fire pit, pavilion with TVs and grill area, spacious balcony and patio, and more!
You are welcome to bring your own boat. If you need to rent one, there are many rental options on Lake Martin!
NOTE: Water levels drop from mid-October to mid-March, and our dock is not accessible by boat. These dates vary from year to year. Water level information can be found by downloading the "Shorelines" app.
